    @Mrs.Pinecone316: Unfortunately, our 2nd beta was 9.5 so it is definitely a chemical pregnancy. I stopped meds and will wait for AF now. I'm doing ok after the shock wore off, and while we will have to wait a couple of months due to moving and finances, we will try again hopefully before the end of the year. I am very appreciative of my extremely supportive family who are there for us at every step. Wishing you much luck! It is so very worth it even with these kind of setbacks.

    Just when I thought I couldn't feel any worse....so today tops all the crazy IVF days over the last week combined. I'm a hormonal mess, had an emotional crying breakdown just now due to all sorts of things and my husband I can tell is like, "Whoa" and not sure what to do with me.

    My appointment this morning was so, so painful. The ultrasound I mean. Like I almost screamed out loud painful. Never has it hurt so badly before and I felt like a big baby, but survived it somehow. Then I was told a 50/50 chance of trigger tonight/tomorrow so I held off on getting meds at the fertility pharmacy near the clinic (one hour from home). Blood tests aren't in still, so now I still have no idea whether we are triggering and what meds to get and when to start driving to the pharmacy in case they say trigger is at 6pm. Already 2pm here. Plus, my follicles grew 5mm in one day?!! How is that possible? I have 14's that grew to 19's today? The nurse couldn't explain it, but I have a bad feeling about the quality of my eggs since they grew so fast and I'm only on day 7. And if they don't trigger me tonight, I'm worried all the 19's and 18's will be way too big and won't work. I'm basically a mess right now!!

    @Jenn23: Big hugs coming your way, the process can be really overwhelming for sure! The ultrasounds towards the end were really painful I think because me ovaries were so big. I don't know what to tell you about the follicles growing 5mm in one day, were you on a different machine or was it a different tech. I know at my clinic they try and keep the same person on the same machine as much as possible because of the variance in measurements that can happen. I hope they get your results soon. Can you ask the nurse to call in the prescription anyway so you can pick it up today even if you don't end up needing it until tomorrow.

    @Jenn23: I'm sorry! By the end, I was also having 4-5mmnof growth per day, for what that's worth. It really sounds like you will trigger tonight (assuming a majority of follicles 15-16 or above)...but if not, try not to panic! Your RE does this literally all the time and you trust them for a reason! Did you feel this uncomfortable (and emotional) near the end of your first cycle? If not, do you blame the Menopur? Sending lots of good vibes your way!!!

    Thanks ladies! Just got to the pharmacy to pick up more bravelle and ganarelix through tomorrow morning. No trigger! The nurse called an hour ago and said one more day. So more stims and I'm buying the hcg so I will have that ready for tomorrow night. This whole process is for the birds!! My husband is so wonderful and I don't know what I'd do without him. This cycle is much harder physically because I can't lift over 10 lbs since Saturday and so he is working from home to care for our son. I feel almost helpless and hate feeling like that! I think I did feel like this last time, but it was so long ago I can't remember clearly. I do not remember being so thirsty, peeing 30 times a day and hobbling when I walk. Maybe I am just getting to old for this.

    @FliegepilzHut: oh and that is good to hear that you had such fast growers at the end. This didn't happen my last cycle!

    @GreenThumb: I am sorry, I was so hoping it would turn out different. Sounds like a busy few months, I'm sure it will fly by and you will be back on the IVF train (hopefully for the last time) before you know it. Always here if you need to vent!

    @Jenn23: Sounded so stressful, glad to hear it all worked out. Excited for you to trigger tomorrow! My ultrasounds were always painful too, I don't think my endometrioma (cysts) in my ovaries helped anything!

    @mrswin: How are you feeling today?

    @FliegepilzHut: Thanks!

    Update... well we ended up transferring today! My doctor wasn't really worried about my bloating but his bigger concern was for the fluid I had on my ultrasound during stims. even though its gone now he felt it lowered my chances by about 10%. But after going over all my embryo's and discussing FET's and finding out the out of our 2 cycle package we purchased this cycle would still count as one even if we don't transfer it made no sense to us to not give it a try. Its still better odds then not transferring at all. So we have 2 pretty embryo's hopefully getting comfy and 4, with the possibility of a 5th to be frozen. Feeling good about our decision whatever the outcome but praying this is it for us.

    @Mrs.Pinecone316: so anxious to hear how today went!! Hope all is good!!

    @FliegepilzHut: Thanks! Yep, started the Gatorade yesterday! Forgot to say earlier that I now have 13 eggs as of this morning. More than last time at this point! So that is good. how are you feeling?!

    @Mrs.Pinecone316: That's wonderful!!! Have a relaxing next week or so! I'll be thing snuggy thoughts for your little embryos and wishing you the best of luck!

    @Jenn23: Yay for 13 follies!!! You're almost there!

    I'm feeling pretty well. So far, my breasts being sore (at times) and my gut being sluggish-- and maybe some increased thirst?-- are the extent of my symptoms and those seem pretty minor. I've taken some naps, but then again, I already loved naps! I have to admit I'm feeling a little nervous...but by all appearances, things are going well! Looking forward to having more information in a couple of days!

    Got a call from the lab director today and they were able to freeze two of our embryos as blastocysts today! I am so relieved, still feeling really emotional but better about the choice we made. Thank you all so much for the support through this whole process, I'm not sure what I would have done without it.

    @FliegepilzHut: Your beta will be here before you know it! Are you still POAS? I know its not necessary but I know a lot of girls do for sanity reasons:)
    @twodoghouse: Yep! this is the closest to pregnant I have ever been, hoping to keep it that way!

    Well, I wish I could say that I have been relaxing on bed rest nicely and remaining positive and happy but instead I have been crying since yesterday evening. My poor doggy who is my favorite little thing in the world got sick yesterday. My husband took him to the vet last night and they did all kinds of testing, gave him fluids and medicine and sent him home and we will get the results back today. Was hoping he would wake up feeling better but he is still not acting like himself at all, won't eat. It is so hard to see. I am always a wreck when I think something bad could be happening to him. Praying for good news today. I know stress is the worst thing right now but the closest thing to my mind is him just being ok.

    @Jenn23: Almost there!!!! 13 follies is amazing! I was really uncomfortable at the end too. I was wearing a lot of comfortable summer dresses and hobbling around by the end of the day. I am sure this is harder on you too because you have a little one now as well!

    @mrswin: Yay! So glad you got some frozen embies!

    @Mrs.Pinecone316: I am so sorry your dog isn't feeling well! Praying that you get some good news today!

    @Mrs.Pinecone316: I'm so sorry about your pup! Hopefully it's something very minor and treatable. How old is he? No, I'm not really a big POAS kind of gal. I understand the temptation...but with my history, I can also see how one could get burned that way. U/S tomorrow, though! Take care!

    @Mrs.Pinecone316: I'm so sorry about your pup!! Hope you find out soon what it is so you can treat him and he can be better.

    @mrswin: yay! That's great news!!

    So here I am picking up more bravelle and ganarelix. No trigger again! I'm so beyond done with this four hours of driving everyday!! So my follies: 20,20,20,20,19,18,17,16,15,14,13,11. Estrogen is 1365. I'm still worried why we are going another day, but my RE's nurse said he thinks one more day. I'm so confused. Guess it is the hormone levels?
