I'm really feeling bad about our upcoming IVF study starting in a few weeks, because in order to qualify for the study you must have between 10-20 follicles at the baseline ultrasound. I just don't think I'll have enough. What's strange to me is that this particular study is for women 35-42, so you would think most women in that age bracket would have less follicles. In fact, I just read a few minutes ago that the average mid 30's patient has between 5-10. That makes me think not many women would even qualify for this study? I don't know...just feeling down today and really worried that I won't be able to do it. If not, we'll need $16,000 which we don't really have right now.

So can you tell me your age and your AFC (and FSH and AMH, too) before you did IVF? Thanks!
