TTC Cycle: 2
Ovulation Date: 1/16
POAS Date: 1/29
Baby #: 2. DD is almost 4
Do you have a New Year's resolution? Embrace a minimalist lifestyle and get rid of more physical possessions.
What is your hope or dream for 2019? Beside a baby.... hopefully a trip to Europe this summer.

• Do you have a New Year's resolution? I have a few, I'm doing quarterly personal goals this year. Two things this quarter are to spin 5x week and, pack my lunch. I also have a goal to read 40 books in 2019. I'm not sure I can meet that if I don't have a 2019 baby and some nursing/reading time!
• What is your hope or dream for 2019? To have a baby!
So...I have a health condition that is being monitored and don't have clearance to TTC yet. BUT I have scans on 1/17, and O day is 1/18, so January POAS is feasible. I'd be shocked if there were no hiccups in the timeline--insurance is already being a stinker.
Either way, I'll be here to cheer you all on!

Been a lurker on these boards for a long time, but coming out of the woodwork as we navigate these TTC waters again.
• Cycle Day: 21
• TTC Cycle: 5
• Ovulation Date: 12/30(ish)
• POAS Date: 1/12
• Baby #: 2
-- FUN OPTIONAL QUESTIONS:
• Do you have a New Year's resolution? Declutter and (as much as it’s a cliche) getting back into a consistent fitness routine.
• What is your hope or dream for 2019? Besides having another baby, I’d love to do a little more travelling with my LO now that he’s a little older (3 in May).

@chereshae: welcome!
Our sons about the same age! Mine is an early April baby. Sometimes I question if I'm ready to go back to the baby stage since we're through the thick of it

I apologize for having disappeared... we had family in town and staying with us for my DS's 4th birthday (and New Year's) all while he has been ill with a stomach bug. @Sams Mom, thank you for taking over as moderator in my absence... You are AWESOMENESS incarnate.
Okay, joining this month -
• Cycle Day: 4
• TTC Cycle: Next month will be 3 years TTC for our #3.
• Ovulation Date: Anywhere between the 6th and the 10th ...
• POAS Date: January 26th (No pressure this month)
• Baby #:3
-- FUN OPTIONAL QUESTIONS:
• Do you have a New Year's resolution?
To work on calming anxiety effectively since I no longer utilize medication for it.
• What is your hope or dream for 2019?
To FINALLY conceive a healthy baby after so long TTC. (I know, it is why we are all here and it isn't original but it is my honest hope/dream.)
What I would like to share ♀️ - I JUST returned from my RE and had a follow up scan on the mass that he was uncertain as to whether it was a cyst or corpus luteum from the following cycle ... it was a corpus luteum (it has dissolved) and I have 3 follicles (on CD 4) set for this cycle on the opposite side. One is 7.8, one is 10.5, and one is already 12.8. They would like me to return on Friday or Saturday to track my follicles and uterine lining so we may try a TRACKED NATURAL INTERCOURSE UNMEDICATED CYCLE as everything looks beyond amazing. The RE wants to figure out what is going on and why "it" hasn't happened yet for DH and me. I am extremely grateful for this chance as most people are not afforded such. I truly hope my ovum reach maturation by the time I OV and THAT has not been the issue all of these months TTC. 🤞🤦♀️

So we have been avoiding TTC per RE’s orders. The last month I took ovulation tests and avoided ttc when I got a positive. My bb’s have been sore, so I randomly took a test this morning and it was instantly positive. I have no idea when we conceived because I haven’t been tracking when we dtd. I’m going on for labs today. I’m so nervous.

I’ve had negatives every other day for a week and 2 on NYE so I thought I was out. But I got two positives today. EDD 9/7/19.

@Kaohinani: negative at 15 dpo 🤷♀️ I feel a tiny tiny tiny but crampy too.
Also, weird question for the masses. If you see a PA @ your doctor. What do you call them? Like your Doctor is Dr. Last name (sometimes Dr first name). Do you just call them by their first name? I've only ever seen my endocrinologist's PA buuuuuuut it's been a couple years 🤦♀️. Now I'm worrying about what I'm supposed to call him he signs his patient portal emails by his first name. I'm thinking about this too much
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@Sams Mom: To respond- I always call everyone "miss," "ma'am," or "sir." I was just brought up doing it and then being a military spouse cemented it for me. 🤷♀️ Honestly, many PAs go by Mr. or Miss/Ms./Mrs. Such-and-such, although, I have also heard them use their first names. I do understand the confusion. I suppose it is preferential. The way I remedy this is I introduce myself (or I have my children introduce themselves) to the PA and see how he/she introduces him/herself in response ... I either go by that name or my standard ma'am/sir the entire visit.
nectarine / 2648 posts
@Sams Mom: first name is totally acceptable. If you want to err on the side of formality, you can call them Miss Mrs Mr etc but not required or expected.

Well my doctor warned that my cycle would be a little wonky after my surgery (combined with the PCOS) and I didn't ovulate until CD 27/28. I took a test this morning at 10 dpo and it was
I have my follow up with my RE tomorrow to see what the next step is. I've been on 1500mg of Metformin for about a month now so I'll be curious to see if he wants to try that alone or with Femara/injectables.
I've been trying to not be discouraged but after 2.5 years of TTC and all the pregnancy announcements lately... it's really hard

@mrskansas: I feel ya lady. I swear, Christmas day alone there was 4 singleton announcements, and 2 twin announcements come across my social media feed.
Well, I hope whatever plan is formulated tomorrow will be the one that works for you!

@Sams Mom: thank you
And yes, SO MANY BABIES. It's ridiculous
Even on hellobee there seems to be an uptick in announcements
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@mrskansas: Good luck at your appointment! 🤞 I can both empathize and sympathize with you... I'm nearly at 3 years TTC and [some months] it takes everything I have to remain positive and keep going. It is REALLY hard. Just stay strong.

Good ultrasound and labs today, so transfer is on for 1/8. @kaohinani: My POAS date will be 1/15. 🤞
