Was she accurate?

I did and she was semi accurate. She stated I was going to get pregnant in June/July and that I was going to have a girl. I got pregnant in October and gave birth end of June to a girl. She also said I was going to have 4 kids total... Well see in a couple years if she was right however I have always wanted 4. Either way it was only $10 and was fun.

Well I can report as of last night she is so far 100% accurate. She predicted a BFP in the cycle starting in August with the result in September (got it last night).

@JoJoGirl: I didn't know you got a reading!
She was 100% accurate for me. She predicted a bfp for me in March and that's when I got pregnant with Harper. She also said girl, which obviously she is:)

@jholler25: Hahah yep i sucked it up and paid her for one after my cycle 5 bfn, was starting to lose hope

No I've never gotten any type of pyschic reading or fortune telling. I dont really believe in that, plus for the most part I dont want to know my future

i'm with @mrsbells and @chopsuey119. never heard and don't want. although i can see how fun it can be to hear about my life.

She just tells you your BFP month. It was $10 and all in good fun, but I was pleasantly surprised she was right!

You guys inspired me to try it out today. I can't wait to see what she says :D.

I've never heard of her, but am interested in finding out about her! After trying for so many cycles and um yea..., I'd love to know when I'll be getting my BFP!!
persimmon / 1491 posts
@Alivoo01: you can google her...
her conception readings are $10...
pomelo / 5041 posts
I just did it! Excited to hear what she has to say. Hopefully she predicts something sooner rather than later.

This is great. I'm totally one for psychics (Long Island Medium...John Edwards, anyone?!), paranormal, and all things conspiracy theories in general! If she's half as reliable as Miss Cleo, I might have to check her out!

@ambular1025: haha I think she's about to be inundated with new requests, thanks to @JoJoGirl!

The very fact that her website says you can get a discount on a follow up reading after your predicted window has passed makes me skeptical : )
pomelo / 5041 posts
@mamamoose: I agree that it made me a little skeptical (although she mentions it could be due to a miscarriage which makes sense), and should you really have to pay $5 for that? But for just $10 (the price of 2 coffees) I'd love to take a chance on it. Even if it's wrong, the thought that it could be right will give me something positive to focus on, unless it's 2 years from now lol.
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@Rachel: Hahahah!!! Seriously!
@ambular1025: That's how i felt!! I know so much of ttc is about stress so i was looking for ANYTHING last cycle to give me peace of mind. I wasn't expecting she'd tell me "next cycle is the one" but it helped me detach from the outcome a little bit. The fact that she was right doesn't hurt
persimmon / 1491 posts
@ambular1025: i also did it...just waiting for the "reading"
would you mind posting your reading? or for that matter if anyone else gets it done would you mind posting...i would like to see the "success rate"?
wonderful olive / 19353 posts
@MamaMoose: I saw that as well... I'm also wondering if it's bad juju to know. Hm...
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
I did a ton of research on google and there are lots of other sites where people post polls asking if she was right.. they were surprisingly high (like 30% accurate to the month, another 30% accurate within 3 months, rest totally off). Here was mine:
Hi Jojogirl,
Your reading reveals that your BFP news comes the month of September from a cycle that begins in August. The baby shows as a boy and his EDD/birth date is referenced the month of May 2013 - specific reference to the 22nd and 10th.
pomelo / 5041 posts
@mrscastro: I'd be happy to tell you mine when it comes back. If she tells us both the same thing we'll know that it might be a hoax haha.
And the thing about it for me is that I am a total non-believer in these types of things, so I think I can take it with a grain of salt and have fun with the result, versus hold on to it as an omen and swear by it and then be upset when it's not right.
pomelo / 5041 posts
@jojogirl: once you requested your reading, how long did it take her to respond? And didn't @Alison206 do a reading too?
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@ambular1025: Yep alison's was wrong, she also said she'd get her BFP in September with twins. Jholler's was right and I don't know who else. I think it took like 2 days?
persimmon / 1491 posts
@ambular1025: my feelings exactly...but it will be interesting to see what she says...i thought i read you would get your reading within 3 days....
pomelo / 5041 posts
@jojogirl; You never know about Alison's reading. She could still get a BFP at the end of this month. She's still trying just not charting and you hear all of those stories about people who get pregnant the moment they stop focusing on it.

@JoJoGirl: Congrats on the BFP!!
I had never heard of Jenny Renny. I might have to look it up when we start trying again.

I got my reading. Here is what it says;
Look for your cycle to return within the next week. Your reading reveals that your BFP news comes the month of October from a cycle that begins in September. The baby shows as a boy and his EDD/birth date is referenced the 26th of June 2013 and the 3rd of July 2013.
pomelo / 5041 posts
@Mrscastro: You're getting a baby before me. This is what she says:
Your reading reveals that your BFP news comes the month of November from a cycle that begins in October. The baby shows as a boy and his EDD/birth date is referenced the 30th of July 2013 and the 3rd of August 2013.
That's 2.5 cycles away for me. Man, I'm from a family of all girls and he already has 2 daughters. I'll be slightly bummed if it's not a girl.
persimmon / 1491 posts
@ambular1025: I am taking it with a grain of salt.
I am refusing to get my hopes up. We just went through a M/C, and it would be wonderful news if it is true. But i am not holding my breath.
pomelo / 5041 posts
@Mrscastro: Me too! Kinda exciting if it's right though. Makes me feel like I have something to look forward to, if she is right. We need more girls to get theirs so we can track accuracy.
grapefruit / 4703 posts
Got mine too... BFP in January. At least I have a long time before I'm disappointed if she's wrong, haha
clementine / 826 posts
I want to see if I'm going to have another (and when)! I just submitted mine.
How long does it take her to reply?
coconut / 8472 posts
I got mine thais morning:
Your reading reveals that your BFP news comes the month of February from a cycle that begins in January 2013. The baby shows as a boy and his EDD/birth date is referenced the month of October 2013 - specific reference to the 17th and 25th.
Of course i would've like to see it say sooner but i guess not too bad considering i still haven't ovulated since coming off BCP in May.
grapefruit / 4079 posts
I also did Cheri:
thanks for being patient with me while i got back to your reading. I am seeing a BOY and they relate him to OCTOBER so this is either birth month, conceive month or the month you find out in.
They show him as being someone who is always going to try his hardest. They show him always enjoying sports and its just as much for the social aspect. I am seeing him as being the type that is always really positive. just always this easy going kid who seems to know how to have people. People are always going to enjoy being around him because he is always going to focus on the positive, always going to believe that things can be better.
When it comes to your son, they show him always being more advanced than most kids his age. I think that you will find that the activities that you sign him up for are more of the advanced levels and your friends with kids similar in age, are often a bit jealous. i think that there will be one friend who you kinda move away from because she seems to let it affect her too much with the fact that your son can do more than her child.
I am seeing your son being the type that is willing to try things over and over and over, until he is able to do it right.
When ti comes to career paths, they are showing him as a lawyer.
When it comes to marriage I am seeing him closer to 26. They will have two boys of their own.

@belleoftheballe: I submitted mine late Thursday and I got a reply early this morning.
