@Reese: @SweetiePie: congratulations!!
I'm 8dpo and am trying so hard to wait a few more days to test. It helps we have house guests till Thursday so I'll at least wait that long! Symptom spotting - my boob hurt today and I got excited but then remembered my 2 year old accidentally kicked me in the boob yesterday. Ha

@HappyBaker: good luck holding out! I'm only 5dpo but I doubt I'll make it past Saturday!

@Coral: Thanks for the update! So awesome to see 3 BFPs already!
AFM I'm 7 DPO and will probably start testing on Sunday. But really will likely test Friday, too. Ha! My official test date (7/13) would be CD1 on a 28-day cycle....My temp dipped below cover line (per FF) this morning. Hoping it's an implantation dip?!? Trying not to be too hopeful as I know seeing AF will be more disappointing that way, but my sore boobs for the last 3 days aren't helping.
What is your favorite TWW distraction?
cantaloupe / 6086 posts
@HeartAbandoned:
to you!
I really have no good distractions except vacation. I was doing well until today (6dpo) but pretty sure I'm going to obsess the next few days I'm in the stage of simultaneously planning out my future pregnancy and berating myself for hoping at all.

@HeartAbandoned: My favorite TWW distraction is to bury myself with work and home re-decorating. Doesn't always last though!
I think I might be out. My temps went down way below coverline the last couple days and FF removed my crosshairs. Not sure if sleeping at 2am and taking my temp at 5am these past few days are a factor, but I'm not hopeful. Bah, humbug.

@bhbee: I have a baby registry, with like ONE item. Talk about crazily planning a future pregnancy.... *hides*

@bhbee: @Mrs. Oreo: I have an Amazon wishlist named "Baby #2" with like 25 items and all my maternity clothes washed and hanging in my closet.... Obviously I was way too optimistic a few months ago, lol.

@mrskansas: @bhbee: I opened an account on BabyList when I got my BFP last cycle. I added like a safari themed blanket. LOL. I figured if I like things and it's available still later when I'm pregnant, then it's there. It's like putting it on lay away!

@mrskansas: I know the feeling. I put off TTC for a while because I was so certain I would get pregnant right away like I did the first three times. This time? Not so much.

@Mrs. Oreo: @mrskansas: oh yeah, I have stuff saved in my Amazon cart for sure. I don't know why though because if I see it I get a pang of sadness.
however in my head I'm planning out everything . . . when I would hit certain milestones, how pregnant I would be at holidays, how I would tell the kids . . . you name it. I have a hard time turning it off!

@Mrs. Oreo: I didnt use opks. But we only bd until 18 dpo (which I thought was plenty since I usually O between 12-16 dpo.)

@bhbee: I hear ya, sister! I'm glad I'm not the only one...
@Coral: Boo! Well...you know what they say...you're not until the witch comes. Hope it stays away for you and it's a late implantation!

I got pregnant with my daughter on July 17 three years ago. If I ovulate around the same time as this past cycle my estimated ovulation date is July 17.
How crazy is that?
cantaloupe / 6086 posts
@mrskansas: sounds like good luck! mine are 11 days less than 3 years apart and having the birthdays together is kind of fun! I was willing to be induced to keep them from having the same bday
nectarine / 2813 posts
@bhbee: Oh yeah I definitely wouldn't want them to have the exact same birthday. I could always opt for a c-section at 39 weeks making them 7 days apart (if by some miracle I got/stayed pregnant anyways).

I had very light pink spotting 7dpo
And some pretty strong af like cramps 8dpo
Yesterday 12dpo I had some light brown spotting And light cramping
Today 13 dpo im having more pink spotting (not heavy still night and only when I wipe) and cramping/mild back pain. I retested and its not any darker than it was a couple days ago...never miscarried before. Is this normal for implantation or should I wait a few more days and check again? I used up all the tests in the house (probably a good thing cause I'm driving myself crazy)
nectarine / 2813 posts
@hocuspocus: If your tests haven't gotten any darker and you are spotting pink I would not be too optimistic, but it's impossible to really know unless you get betas drawn.
I would retest in a day or two if you don't start bleeding more and go from there.

@Coral: Ugh, that sucks.
@hocuspocus: I have no idea, but I hope it's not a miscarriage!! Fx for you and your baby

@hocuspocus: &
to you. Can you call and be seen by your OB or midwife? With my first I got in early (5 weeks instead of the usual 8 weeks) because I had some worrying symptoms. Wishing the best for you!

To those of you who are using the iproven brand hpts, don't fish them out of the garbage hours later because you will see an evap and you will be bummed.

I had to pee on something to satisfy the itch of seeing two lines so I used an OPK.
I know LH goes up when you're about to get AF, so I guess we'll wait and see....

@Mrs. Oreo: what dpo are you?? I'm with @mrskansas: could be hcg doing it!
