Congrats to the recent @fussygal: @luckypenny:!!
Nothing new here... 7DPO. Past couple cycles have had spotting/discharge pre-AF, starting around 9DPO so I guess we'll know later this week. Have noticed more CM than usual post-O (at least from what I recall past cycles) but that's it...

Wow, I missed a bunch! Congratulations to @fussygal: @luckypenny: on your BFPs!!!

11dpo. Nauseated, sore boobs, sore throat.
However, low temps - not seeing a good change, so that is worrisome. Thinking I'm out - BFNs every FMU. AF expected this Friday. I hate waiting!
Did anyone have more success POAS later in the day (afternoon or evening) vs FMU?

@runnerd: Boo! I'll be thinking MASSIVE baby dust thoughts for you for May!!

@sweetkeight: My AF is supposed to be Friday, too...I think, anyways. We'll get through this together!
My boobs are sore, too, but not like they've been in past pregnancies. I'm wonder if the fact that I just dried up has anything to do with them feeling this way, or if I'm just crazy, lol. They also feel fuller, but who knows about that.
Gah, this sucks. I'm about to go into denial mode.

@Dandelion: It's the "I think, anyways" that drives a girl crazy, no? Yeah, I never had sore boobs in my cycles until two cycles ago. Now, it seems a recurrent theme... tricksy boobs!

@sweetkeight: My cervix went back up...which is giving me either hope or false hope, lol.
cherry / 202 posts
@Dandelion: Here's to hope (and not the other kind of hope - haha.) Also, how many dpo are you?
watermelon / 14206 posts
@sweetkeight: either 5 or 10 dpo lol. In other words, I have no idea.
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@Dandelion: I don't think I ever even though to check my cervix during the TWW. Is it moving up a good sign, I assume??? I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!!
cherry / 202 posts
@Dandelion: I'm not really sure I'm 11 dpo, either - I'm going by temps and a hope that some semi-positive-looking opk's were right. I may be 11, I may be 10, 9, or even 8. Blergh. My cervix is back up, too. Who knows.
I'm sure this has been asked 1,000 times - what do you ladies do to distract yourself from googling "bfp after bfn?" every 10 seconds during tww?
watermelon / 14206 posts
@Adira: At *some* point after conception, the cervix moves up. But it also moves around throughout the day, so it could have just been a fluke.
I think I might just be crazy, haha. I'm trying to keep my hopes down, but I cannot.
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@Dandelion: Oh my gosh, I think if it moves during the day, that would drive me CRAZY!!! I friggin' hate the TWW and everything in it! It's ridiculous how LONG those 14 (or more or less) LAST. I'm hoping for your sake that it WASN'T a fluke! I forget if you said before, but do you know if you timed BDing well for this cycle?
watermelon / 14206 posts
@Adira: I don't know, cause I'm not totally sure when I ovulated. If it was wednesday, like I thought it was, then yeah. If it was the Friday or saturday before, like I also thought it was, then maybe. Although, when I got pregnant with S, I ovulated a day or two after we dtd, which was interesting. I went on vacation without DH after, so that must have been it, lol.
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@Dandelion: haha, well they say sperm can stick around for a few days, so I think doing it before is more important, though who the heck really knows! I wonder if it might be easier to just not chart or do any of those things so you can always just be surprised when AF shows up or you can go "Huh! Is my period late? Guess I'll test." That must be nice, haha.
watermelon / 14206 posts
@Adira: I was trying not to care, but the two week wait got the best of me!
watermelon / 14206 posts
@sweetkeight: Haha...I just google other things...like two week wait symptoms and window shop in the internet for gender neutral items, lol
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@Dandelion: I hear you. I never could not care! But I'm also a little type A and NEED to be in control and know exactly what's going on! So not charting was NOT an option.
cherry / 202 posts
@Adira: Oh, my fellow type-A - glad I'm not alone there. While it would be nice to look down one day and say 'Huh, I'm late, should I take a HPT?' I doubt that will EVER happen to me. Plus, charting has it's fun side. Sometimes, I can lose myself in the details of the chart and get distracted for a minute from what my body is doing. It's awesome. But brief.
@Dandelion: We have a lot in common - I google those things, too! Other popular searches for me are: "how to tell dh", "how to tell in-laws", "49ers baby gear" (DH loves the 49ers), and my personal favorite "positive pregnancy test internet strip" to gear up my stick-reading abilities... (like I need more practice there - *snort*)
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@sweetkeight: I felt like when I was charting, I would spend HOURS just looking at my chart, comparing it to past charts, trying to figure out the temps and what they could mean, haha! Is it strange I'm kind of looking forward to doing it all again?

After getting AF last week, I had to take a few days off from this thread, but I'm so so happy to come back and see @HazelEyes: @fussygal: @luckypenny: got !!!!! Congrats ladies!

@Dandelion: I checked my cervix the day before testing and it was so ridiculously low, like never before that low. However, with A it was high when I checked...so I think it can really go either way so if it fluctuates don't get discouraged!
watermelon / 14206 posts
@Bao: Mine was high with both DS and S, when I tested, so that's why I check. But, I know every pregnancy is different, so who knows?
GOLD / wonderful apricot / 22276 posts
@Dandelion: Yeah I was SO bummed when I checked this time about how low it was I was like welp that settles it, I'm out but that wasn't the case. Just wanted to share my story so in case it changes for you this time, you don't get all bummed like I did hehe

Wow, lots of BFP this month! Congrats, ladies!! So exciting
I'm sitting here at 4DPO. Hating life

@Adira: @sweetkeight: I'm totally smiling at the screen about the fun/obsessively looking at my chart/not charting not an option :). Yes. I am even having trouble stepping away after my BFP bc it was the last semblance of control I had over this crazy uncontrolable process! Glad I'm not alone

Thanks everyone for your support and well wishes. I'm still rooting for you ladies, July and August... Sticky babies to us all!
cherry / 202 posts
@HazelEyes: so glad to hear it's not a symptom of TWW to obsess - *giggle* - poor DH is going to have it rough after pg starts again! And so so heart-happy for your BFP, congrats!!
clementine / 811 posts
@sweetkeight: my gosh, it should be a symptom! By that time you have more data to look at! And thanks... Fx yours is around the corner!
cherry / 106 posts
@sweetkeight: I obsessively google symptoms everyday and then way overanalyze my chart like @Adira. Of course, I'm only at 7dpo and have no symptoms at all so then I obsess about that and what it does/does not mean
watermelon / 14206 posts
I gave in and I went out and bought a 2 pack of hpts at Walgreens. Not sure when I'll use them, but I'm fully aware of how much of a crazy person I am turning into.
If AF shows, then I'm def putting in an order on Amazon for opk's and hpts. It's too hard not knowing what's going on!
I hate being impatient.
