Not officially joining in just yet (FX for myself!) but wanted to pop in and get acquainted with everyone in case I am a rollover. I joined May, but technically wont POAS until June bc of long cycles (33ish days). Im also one of those weirdos that wont POAS until AF is late. Seeing AF arrive is so much less sad for me than seeing no pink lines!

    FX for everyone this month!!

As much as I love these threads, I was hoping I wouldn't be joining this one (don't we all...) but alas, here I am.

    Current Cycle Day: CD2

Ovulation Date: Last two cycles have been on CD20 and 23 (before that they were all over the place post-BC). I'm guessing this cycle, I'll O sometime around June 13-17?

POAS date/Usual Cycle Length: First 2 cycles post-BC were long (40 and 62 days), the last 2 seem to have "normalized" at 32 and 34 days (roughly what they were pre-BC 12 years ago...). I'm thinking I"m just barely going to get a June POAS date in - somewhere around June 25-29th? TBD, I guess!

Cycles trying: Technically this is cycle #5 post-BC but this is only cycle #3 where we're gotten some BDing in around O.

BD timing: EOD once AF ends until O is confirmed. Every day once I get a + OPK.

For Fun: What's your favorite summer activity?: Vacationing in Martha's Vineyard!

@mrs. 64: Time always drags for me in the TWW. I'm only 5dpo but it may as well be 500dpo, lol. Good luck to you!

@mrs. 64: yay, excited for you!!

I'm going to hang out here this month, if that is ok. I won't POAS in June, but it is nice to have a place to chat with everyone while we wait to try again.

    Baby dust to all!

@doxielove: I know, I'm sure things will move slowly. The good thing is it is a 4 day work week so maybe that will help speed things up a bit!

@LovelyPlum: Thanks friend. I know I speak for everyone when I say you are more than welcome to hang out here in June.

@mrs. 64: I hope so... And for everyone else!!

So I'm officially in my TWW and I'm actually reminding calm and I think I'm going to make it to the 11th before testing:)

Hi Ladies! Thought I'd check in here and ask a question too.
I thought I'd be in my TWW starting Sun or Mon but I'm having a really weird cycle this month (for me). Since November of last year I've gotten a + OPK on the 11th or 12th day of my cycle like clockwork, even in the couple of months since my MC (we only started trying again last month but I was still taking OPKs since March so that I could get a good handle on my body). This month I didn't get my first + until yesterday (which was day 13). I know its only 1-2 days off but I haven't seen that yet.
I'm pretty new to FF and just started temping on CD1 of this cycle. It was predicting my O to be Sun or yesterday based on past cycles (I retroactively added my cycle info to FF) but now it shows no prediction at all, even though I recorded a + OPK yesterday.
Anyone else who is more familiar with FF have a similar experience? Will I still get crosshairs if my temps go up, even though its not showing a 'prediction' on my calendar anymore?

On a sidenote, I'm glad to be a part of the June POAS this month and already don't feel so alone. It has really felt that way since our MC since we didn't really tell anyone. Though my hubby has been great, its not the same as talking to women. Rooting for all of us!

@AuntieEm: Can we see your chart? FF usually doesn't give crosshairs until 3 days of high temps after O, so it is possible you'll get crosshairs tomorrow or the day after.

@AuntieEm: I don't use FF, so I don't have any advice. But, we are glad you are here! I know that for me, TTC and miscarrying in particular have felt very lonely at times, too. That is what is so great about these boards-we all support each other I hope you get your cross hairs soon. Baby dust to you!

@AuntieEm: Ditto what @pui said - FF takes a couple days before showing cross hairs. Sometimes they're solid lines and sometimes they're dashed lines, depending on how much info you input into FF! If you got the +OPK yesterday, you would be Oing today/tomorrow and then your temps should go up. So it might take some time for FF to register it! If you want to share your chart, a bunch of us on here use it and you could friend us!

@LovelyPlum: I'm with ya on the support! My cycles are 32-34 days so I should get a June POAS date but if it's not our month/cycle, I'll likely miss July based on my cycle lengths. I can't avoid the POAS threads though so I would still be following/contributing just for the support!

@PUI: Thanks for the help! I'm going to try to upload a pic of my chart now.

@LovelyPlum: Thanks so much for your words of encouragement! I don't know your story but sorry you went through it too. As much as I don't WANT anyone else to have had a miscarriage (I wouldn't wish it on anyone), its comforting to see that I'm not the only one and it happens all the time. It makes me feel less like a freak Everyone around me is pregnant and you just think "why was I different?"

@LindsayInNY: Thanks to you too for the help! I'm trying to figure out how to upload a pic of my chart, but maybe I should just paste the link? Does that work?
And yay to having another NY'er here

@AuntieEm: If you log in, towards the right is a link for "Sharing" - under that is "Set Up." At the top of "Set Up" is a link to your chart. It's a random bunch of letters and numbers but if you click "Change URL," you can personalize it to whatever name you want. "Get Sharing Code/Buttons" will give you other links to use too (fancier ones to show a picture of your chart with the link, etc.). Here's my chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/LindsayInNY

@AuntieEm: you are SO not alone. Poke around a bit in the threads, and you will see. The short version of my story is that we have been trying for two cycles, I've gotten two BFPs, and I've had two miscarriages. Honestly. I don't know what I would have done without HB. Feel free to ask anything here. You're also more than welcome to message me if you want to talk. No one wishes this on anyone, but no one should have to do it alone, either. So welcome, lady I hope this is it for you.

Sorry for the pseudo thread jack. Now when do people start peeing on sticks? @citymouse, I'm looking at you!

@AuntieEm: It works! My guess is if your temps continue to rise, you should see crosshairs on Cycle Day 16!

And feel free to post in here as many times as you want haha.

@lovelyplum: AF is supposed to be here on June 4. 7DPO right now. I dont feel any different though? Some cramping I guess? Sleeping a lot? But, I always tend to sleep a lot. Trying to not symptom spot because I am such an anxious person anyway haha!

I'm super duper crampy today at 6dpo. I better be KU because otherwise I have a feeling this impending AF is going to suck!

@AuntieEm: The other ladies already answered your questions, but I just wanted to say hi and welcome!

@LovelyPlum: Yes please do stick around!

I'm just jumping in to say good luck to everyone!!! I didn't ever get to join one of these threads because our BFP came quicker than we thought it would, so I'm going to adopt you guys as my own, haha. Hoping for lots of yeses this month!

  39. LovelyPlum

    eggplant / 11408 posts

@doxielove: thanks And I hope that you are crampy because of an impending BFP, not an impending world's worst AF in the history of ever. Those are the *worst* when you know they're about to come. Crossing my fingers that only good things come your way!

  40. SweetiePie

    honeydew / 7463 posts

@doxielove: Thanks for the welcome and I am crossing all appendages for you that it's good cramping!

Still no temp rise today. But I did feel some pinching on the left side this morning so maybe it's just happening. I've never felt O pain before but I also wasnt really looking for it. If thats the case we didn't time things as fabulously as I had thought. We shall see. Trying not to overthink all of this but it's hard not to!

    How's everyone else this AM?
