Ladies - some board administrative stuff...
(1) There are lots of ladies listed as TBD on the roll call or just not listed at all. Does anyone have any updates/POAS dates/want to be added??? We should be into July POAS dates now and *that is totally okay* - just tell me where to list you!
(2) Speaking of July, we should probably start the JULY thread on Monday, June 30 or Tuesday, July 1. That's not for another couple of weeks, but does anyone want to volunteer to start the thread??? It should be someone who won't be likely to be muted. It should be pretty easy - we have a good rolling list here, so it would just need to be copied and pasted.

And more from me... How you guys feel about working out during the TWW? Honestly, I feel kind of dumb even asking this question - one on hand I feel as que sera sera about TTC right now and my butt *needs* to be in the gym, but on the other, I am looking for any excuse not to work out. What do you do?
persimmon / 1388 posts
@septca: I'm planning on POAS, if AF isn't here, on 6/23. And yes, I work out during the TWW (I've been doing the 30 day shred). I didn't for maybe the first year TTC but then realized it was really hard to get back on track when AF showed.
cherry / 159 posts
@septca: I will POAS July 5th if AF hasn't arrived...maybe sooner, correction, probably sooner. Like I have said before I have an addiction to HPTs. As far as working out during the TWW goes, I don't work out during the TWW, but then again I really don't work out on a regular basis so I am not one to listen to on that subject
Little update CD9 still waiting for the O! I will start using my OPKs tomorrow and hopefully I will be able to catch the right time. I haven't had any CM which is odd because usually I have at least something but it is DRY! I am hoping that is not an indication that I won't O this month. Sorry for TMI.

@Keppa: Congrats, mama!
Come join us on the February due date board!!
@septca: My EDD is 2/12!
Lots of love to you ladies!

@septca: I'm still waiting to O.... On CD 19!!! Sigh. Another long cycle. But it's been a crazy stressful month for me AND dh, and I wasn't expecting much this cycle. As soon as I know, I'll ask you to add me to the POAS list!
As for exercise, I try to stick to my routine in TWW. But I'll admit I slack a bit in pilates class- especially with the moves on your stomach, actually balancing on your lower abs. Maybe it's just in my head, but it feels like too much pressure on a possible lil bean trying to dig in... You know?

@ctegge0416: and @HeartAbandoned: Updated!
@LIL BEAN: and @ctegge0416: Okay, Okay... I'll go tomorrow on schedule. At least there will be some Scott Foley love...

This thread is ON FIRE!!! Can't wait to see who the next graduate is from the 6+ month club.
nectarine / 2784 posts
@septca: I was debating this myself a few cycles ago and my husband ended up researching a bit and found a study that showed that keeping up your exercise routine is good for implantation! Something about maintaining normal fluctuations of heart rate and blood flow
honeydew / 7295 posts
@septca: I will POAS July 7th. Possibly sooner but first I want to see when I O this month since its my first non breast feeding cycle. I agree that you should keep up your exercise routine. I don't think you will harm a baby and it will help with the stress of it all. I'm sooooo excited for you to POAS and keep this board of positives going!!!
As for me I am doing well over here. I've made it one week on the cleanse and haven't had any real slip ups. Its hard because it doesn't just restrict what you eat but portions are small too. I'm getting used to it though and I've become very creative with my meals. Right now my favorites are quinoa with guacamole and pico de gallo and steel cut gf oats with mixed berries, raw honey, and almond butter mmmm. I'm also loving Amy's curried lentil soup and chia pudding sweetened with dates an coconut shavings.
As far as weaning is concerned I am confused because I have been weaned 3 weeks and initially I had no pain or engorgment or discomfort but since day before yesterday my nipples have been sore beyond belief. I was worried they were gonna get mastitis so I tried to express a little and milk did come out. It was white on the right and clearish color on the left. I have no idea what it means but I'm hoping it won't hurt my chances of getting pregnant this month. I'm upping my vitex and continuing my sage tea, mint tea and Advil until near O. Such a PITA. I am on CD8 today.
So happy and excited about the BFPs on the board. I will admit I am happy for all BFPs but on here and the infertility boards it's especially wonderful and instead of making me feel sad it gives me hope. I hope we see a lot of graduates this summer.

I'm totally symptom spotting, but my cm is really creamy and white. BUT I'm also cramping. Like I'm just waiting for AF and I can't help but say "Maybe..."
GOLD / pomegranate / 3688 posts
@MrsMccarthy: I am so impressed with your diet - but with those food choices, it sounds pretty darn good!! Re: the milk - it takes a *long* time for your milk production to go away completely, and I have been through several rounds of weird feelings/sensations...
@intotheocean: Ooohhhhhh.... that's fun. Just for kicks, I went back and looked at all my old charts last night because I was having intense cramps... turns out I *always* have cramps during the TWW.
The biggest "symptom" for me both times was loads of creamy-watery CM starting around 5-6 DPO.

Looks like it's going to be another late ovulation month. I somehow thought I'd be back on a regular schedule now that it's my second cycle post-m/c, but here it's CD17 and no darkening on the OPKs. Hope I don't have to wait until CD25 like last cycle, I am not that patient. Pre-m/c I normally would ovulate on CD15 or 16.

@septca: I never thought I would be able to be free of so many of my favorite things. I miss chocolate and dairy the way you would miss wine. It's hard. I am doing it though and there are some yummy things I can eat. I have to have a shake though for dinner every night using their hemp protein shake mix. I have that and tea. I miss real dinners! But it's only for a month and I'm hoping when it ends I will have learned how to eat in a new way and be able to incorporate these habits with sensible balance of indungences. Another nice this about it is its mind an body so I've been meditating, taking organic salt soaks and using a body brush everyday. Movement is huge. It's been great for taking my mind off the TTC obsession a bit which I really need.
@PawPrints: I hope you O soon! It can sneak up on you fast. Good luck! Vitex may help balance your hormones sooner of you realize your cycle is wonky.

@septca: I don't have any issues with working out during the TWW. I always think about ALL the girls who get pregnant under very undesirable circumstances. I just can't think working out would hurt our chances unless we were anorexic ballerinas. But I still try to lay still for at least 15 minutes or so after BDing. And I'm devastated when I go pee within an hour after BDing. WTF is wrong with me??
GOLD / pomegranate / 3688 posts
@MrsMcD: and @MrsMccarthy: Well, now that I have been outed as a wine-swilling, anorexic ballerina... I guess I have no choice but to go to the gym.
GOLD / pomegranate / 3688 posts
@MrsMcD: That's totally legit. And why I should buy stock in Soft Cups.
GOLD / pomegranate / 3938 posts
@septca: I thought about those stupid soft cups yesterday! And then I thought, "please get pregnant soon, body, because my mind is going insane."
grapefruit / 4770 posts
@septca: Soooo I ordered softcups. A 12 pack for $4.98. But, I can't bring myself to use them. Leaving it in my hooha for 12hrs sounds like an infection. And then I read Google horror stories of spillage, and am a little intimidated to be honest!
GOLD / pomegranate / 3938 posts
@dc yoga bee: Infection! I thought the same thing! Let me know how it goes for you...
GOLD / pomegranate / 3688 posts
@MrsMcD: and @dc yoga bee: Dudes. Leave it in for like an hour. Not 12. And you won't get an infection. I have not had good luck with them for AF, but they're great for post-BD.
GOLD / pomegranate / 3938 posts
@septca: I just can't help but think of all the crack whores getting knocked up after banging in a rest stop bathroom stall. Those girls aren't elevating their hips or using soft cups. Maybe I should seek out a rest stop bathroom stall....
grapefruit / 4770 posts
@MrsMcD: Yes!!! And they're not charting, doing fertility acupuncture, and eating pineapple core the days post ovulation!!!
GOLD / pomegranate / 3938 posts
@dc yoga bee: Exactly! It makes me laugh in an insane way.
nectarine / 2192 posts
Temp up today, so probably ovulated yesterday. If that holds true, 6/29 would be 14DPO. I might get tempted to POAS early.
GOLD / pomegranate / 3938 posts
@AmeliaBedilia: Hi lady! We are close! I assume I ovulated today and have my POAS date as 6/30! Let the TWW begin!!!
