Yesterday I was booked in for a c-section, was there all day absolutely starving and then got bumped to Monday. Nearly 24 hours without food and I was ready to kill.
So on Monday, I'm going to set an alarm to eat at the very latest I can but get the most bang for my buck in terms of what will fill me up for longer.
Any suggestions? I was thinking oatmeal would digest slowly....... I am off eggs in a big way right now so they are out. What would fill me up for longest?
Eta: I need to finish eating by 5.45am so it's more breakfasty stuff!
