Btw, I'm 18 weeks pp..

@Mrs Green Grass: Yes... the first few weeks I leaked non stop.. I used "overnight" pads during the day, then slept with a towel tucked into my nursing bra.

Do you exclusively pump??? Once I started exclusively pumping it became 100X better. I no longer have leaky boobs at night.. Now, just weird things make me leak.. like in the morning I feed LO with a bottle before I pump and that usually makes me leak a little bit. If I can pump before I feed her I'm fine. Meh.. I still leak, but I rarely soak a pad now..

I never really leaked after the first month. Thank goodness!!

I'm 4 weeks pp, and leak quite a bit. Especially overnight - I have to make sure I'm sleeping on my back or else I well wake up soaked in breastmilk! By the morning, my breast pad is heavy. It's gross. I'mreally hoping it stabilizes soon.

I'm almost 4 months pp and I leak, I wear breast pads every day! The beginning was worse - leaking a lot, had to change the pads more often.... Now it's the worst at night. I just started back to work, but feel the let down every once in a while but it's def getting better!

i still leak about 3.5 months pp. my right boob is way leakier than my left.

I never leak. Just woke up and LO has been asleep for over 10 hours. My boobs are full and hard as rocks but no leaking!

i definitely don't leak all the time and hardly ever during the day...but some mornings, since he STTN, i wake up with a soaked shirt and rock hard (painful) boobs (and that's on top of the breast pads)! Other mornings I am fine. think it depends on how much he drank before bed the night before. I am 3 months pp.

I leak all the time and let down in the opppsite breast while nursing. 6 months pp. bleegh. .

Oops...I didn't quite understand your poll so I voted wrong, duh! I never really leaked/leak! It's awesome!

I'm 4 months pp and I don't leak anymore, thank goodness! It stopped around 3 months pp. I used to leak almost every feeding. So glad I don't have to wear breast pads anymore.
