C is finally having some better, longer stretches of sleep at night- 6 or 7 hours for the first stretch has been happening more often, which is great. But now her naps are getting shorter. She used to do 1.5 - 2 hour naps morning and afternoon then a shorter one (1 sleep cycle) in the later afternoon. Now she's waking up in under an hour as often as not.
Her total overnight sleep isn't really going up, she's just not waking up to eat as often. Anyone else had this happen? 45 minutes is not a long enough nap, especially since she refuses to take more than 3 naps a day no matter how short they are.
Currently having a battle if wills- she's fussing but not crying after waking up at the 40 minute mark and I'm hoping, but not expecting, for her to go back to sleep.
