Hi Ladies,
I have been charting for the past 6 months. So far it has been uneventful with a my cycle being approx 28 days and a luteal phase of 11 days exactly. It has never wavered until this cycle when I am now on day 15 and still no sign of AF. I temp vaginally and use OPK's so I know when I ovulated. My understanding is that your LP shouldn't change. If it does then its normally only a day or two max.
Has anyone else had this issue? What is going on here?

Mine waivered by a couple of days, max-- and those were on the months when my O date was questionable (I only temped orally, no OPKs, and it would be when I had bad sleep or something around O). It did get a couple of days longer when I started taking B Complex.
Is there any chance you are pregnant? That would be one reason for a late period...

I would question my O date but the fact I temped & tested with OPK's makes me think the date Fertility Friend suggested would be correct.
I took a pregnancy test on day 12 of my LP and it came back negative.

Have you taken a pregnancy test? I just checked my copy of TCOFY and it says that if your temperature remains high for 3 days beyond your longest luteal phase to date, it usually means BFP.
ETA: oops! Just saw your update after I posted. Hmm... maybe test again? I only got my BFP at around 14 dpo.

@NerdBee: Yup took a pregnancy test on day 12. It's now day 15 so I guess I should take another one. I would have though a BFP would have shown by day 12 but maybe not.
I guess I was just hoping someone had something similar but it seems rare (and a little concerning if I'm not PG)

I agree with testing again... do you think your O date FF gave you is spot on? Or do you think you geared up to O and didn't??

@Ash: I temp vaginally so I assume if my temp shoots up and my OPK's are positive then I O'd? I guess its possible I didn't but all signs point to O.

My luteal phase was very rarely the same length. Once, the doctor suspected a chemical pregnancy/early miscarriage (75 day cycle) but the other few times my LP was longer than about 18 days, it was just a fluke. Occasionally I think our bodies just get out of sync.

AF arrived this morning so it's all good. I guess my body was just out of wack. Thanks ladies
