It's way too early (a conservative guess puts me at 8dpo), but I still wondfo'd this morning and got a BFN. All the 'symptoms' I was feeling a few days ago seem to have disappeared. Waiting is the worst!
Anyone else tempted to test super early?

@LatteLove: I usually start testing at 7 or 8 dpo the last 2 cycles I've held off until 9/10. Baby steps for me

@LatteLove: I took a test this month at 8 dpo, and got a positive at 9 dpo! They were FRERs though, my wondfos took a while to get dark

@MrsB2012: what dpo have you gotten a BFP? I didn't get one until 12dpo with my first (strong lines, but 48 hrs prior it was a BFN!), and my second (a chemical) pregnancy, I wasn't charting so it was anywhere between 10-12 dpo and was very faint.

I'm getting really excited.
This month was really awesome for us actually being able to make love while I was full of EWCM (thank you green tea), and I just felt a pinch, could have been anything, but I'm hoping implantation.
I'm not sure I can hold out until my period is due next week, Help! Anyone else feel this way?

@Mrs. D: haha I'm pretty sure we're all here because we can't wait until the missed period. Great to hear about the pinch!!

@Mrs. D: fingers crossed on that pinch!! Glad we have each other for support in the looong TWW

@LatteLove: I've read so many "OMG I had no symptoms I can't believe I'm writing this post about my BFPPPP!!!"

@knittylady: good for you! I am only maybe 1 day ahead of you but I couldn't resist testing this morning. Now that I've started, I will probably test every day until AF is due.

@Shizaz: thinking of you love! I feel the same way about forcing My husband to get in the mood honestly as well (same age as you! and we too both have low libido).
He has tried to be helpful and this is only our second month TTC but I feel like I am getting so much outside commentary it becomes discouraging. My students ask me why I don't have kids, family asks when, friends.. We have waited until we feel ready but I didn't expect that when we decided to TCC it would become so difficult emotionally and the stress of it all while waiting. Hugs to you! Enjoy your spaaaaa dayyyy

@LatteLove: ...yeah I lasted about one hour after I posted... Bfn. Oy.

@LatteLove: I got my first at 8dpo and my second at 9dpo. I guess I just implant early. ( though they were both supe super squinter the first day, but clear the next day.)

@marley: Yeah I am starting to feel like O day could be soon, so that definitely could have been a symptom!
@Makingbabyw: Glad to know I'm not alone! I think DH and I have gotten better, like we're getting used to it, but I still feel bad some days! I know what you mean about the commentary too. I have been asked so many times about when we're having kids. It's really annoying. Good luck to you though!
Good luck to everyone!!

@Makingbabyw: I'm a teacher too!! What grade? I'm Kinder! I know all about those outside sources chiming in!! You just have to ignore it the best you can! I always say, "we're trying!"
I trigger tonight!! DH is giving me the shot and he is way too pumped! IUI is Fri! I'm excited!!
For those that have triggered, will it be out of my system by 9DPO? I'm thinking I'll try first then!
pomegranate / 3438 posts
@Winnie13: Yay! That is so exciting! Make sure he doesn't inject it too slow, I gave myself a huge bruise this time because I didn't do it fast enough. It might be out of your system, but everything I've read says to wait at least 10 days. I'm actually testing out my trigger because I want to know when it is out of my system. I'm 5 days past my trigger and I still have a pretty dark line.
I should note with my last successful IUI, I tested at 9dpo and had a super squinter. I wasn't sure if it was leftover trigger or the real deal.

@Winnie13: I am high school social studies! I can't really say I'm trying (I look extra young as it is...I get more than enough comments that wouldn't help!)

Came home literally hysterical from work today... Nothing happened, my alternative HS kids can be pretty awful some days but they were actually good today. Not sure if its hormones or what
I took a test (dpO8 ) and both hubby and I swear we see a faint line. Not sure if I'm just overly emotional and want to see it, but for now im letting it be... Will test in a few days after I get some rest

@artsyfartsy: thanks! I'm realllly pretty sure it's there. I don't know how to invert colors but messed with in IG and it shows better in this one. I've been feeling super weird all day... The emotions was the icing on the cake. I'm not normally emotional at all during AF

@Makingbabyw: Woo!!! Hoping you get a firm BFP soon!!!
@KT326: Thank you!!! That's a good idea! I have a ton of wondfo PTs, so I'll test it out as well! Thanks for the Ovidrel tip! Made DH watch some youtube videos!! Lol! It's exciting to know that starting Sat, I'll be in the TWW!!

@Makingbabyw: I actually had the same thin happen last week, I had an emotional day due in part to some behavior class high school students I work with, so I went out and bought tests. Nothing 8dpo in the afternoon, but a significant (albeit faint) line at 9 dpo. I say test in the morning!

@Makingbabyw: I see something in the second picture. But on my phone only, not on the computer.

Hi everyone! I have been lurking here for a few months and decided to join for support!
Cycle Day: 33
TTC Cycle: 4
Ovulation Date: Who knows... 22nd-24th maybe?
POAS Date: In a few days
Baby #: 1!
What's up this month: My husband and I are going on a 2 week long trip to Europe in a week and a half and today is my birthday! Woo!
For Fun - Are you feeling Lucky? Not really lol. I got off of BC in October and my cycles have been nuts ever since. They have been 33-44 days long and my periods last about 2-3 days with incredibly light spotting. This is the first month I started temping and doing OPKs. According to my temps (which have been all over the place) I ovulated on CD24 but I got a positive OPK on CD22. I was also doing Clearblue Digital monitors and got high fertility for 10 days from CD21 to CD31. I was ready to punch the blinking smiley face. I finally ran out of those because I was doing them twice a day to try and pinpoint ovulation and just stopped taking them because at this point I have no effing idea what is going on.
But yeah.. So hi! I have been having a really hard time with this because I want it so bad and I figured I would join you for support. I am going to try and hold off on testing for a few days since my cycles are crazy.

welcome @voldemort and happy birthday!! What part of Europe are you going to? How exciting! My hubs wanted to go on a "last trip" before baby#2, but Zika virus is in all the tropical areas and now we are unsure of where to go to relax!
Good luck this month, i have no experience in OPKs or temping so I can't comment, but there are so many knowledgeable ladies here!

@dragonsword: We are going to London, Amsterdam, Rhine Valley, Munich, Venice, Lucerne, Florence, and Paris! It's going to be a very busy trip where we basically get the icing on the cake of all the places.. But I am so excited! We had originally planned on TTC after this trip but my husband got baby fever back in June and I had already had it for a while. So it was hard not to pull the goalie after that and in September we decided what the heck no harm no foul if it happened.
There are so many places to go and relax that aren't tropical!! Are you in the U.S.?

Well I made it until 7pm before testing, but then gave in and wondfo'd. BFN
Taking a FRER tomorrow am...

@Voldemort: That trip is going to be amazing! I did a trip very similar to those places after I graduated. On the bonus, if this isn't your cycle, you'll be able to have some pretty great beer and wine ( if that's your thing!) Good luck this cycle though!
@LatteLove: what DPo are you?
@Makingbabyw:

@MrsB2012: I don't know!! Could be anywhere from 8-11dpo. But I've never got a BFP before 11dpo. With my first I didn't get a BFP until the day my period was due, 12dpo (which would be Saturday).

Well AF showed up in the middle of the night last night. Usually I can see it coming on due to cramping and I get very emotional right before. This time nothing.. On the negative side no baby.. But on the positive side my cycle was only 33 days rather than the 44 last cycle. So maybe my body is regulating back to normal..
Anyways good luck to you all!

So, my period was due to start Tues/Wed and still hasn't come. I have been pretty crampy, I've been running to the bathroom every time I have a cramp thinking AF has definitely come only to find nothing (our receptionist probably thinks I've lost my mind, or bladder )
I took a test last night and so if it hasn't started by Saturday I'll take another with FMU. I can't muster up the courage to take another one yet, after months of negatives it's getting a lot harder and less exciting to take one! Good luck to everyone!
