I stopped by the dollar store on my way home from work today to get another armload of OPKs, and on my way to the checkout grabbed a couple of Cadbury creme eggs as a treat for DH (he loves those things).

Then I started to feel extra ridiculous standing in line with 10 boxes of ovulation tests in one hand, and two eggs in the other. If this drags on I'm going to have to start ordering online.

On the bright side, I had cramping for the last couple of days and crazy EWCM today. OPK was still negative, but I'm hoping CD27 will be the one. For tonight I'll have to settle for a creme egg. Yum!

Those of you freshly off the pill and waiting for something to happen... have you at least O'd yet, and when did it happen for you?

So I couldn't hold out any longer and decided to POAS tonight for the heck of it. Anddd...BFP!!!!! DH and I can't believe it!!! EDD is November 23!

So AF reared her super ugly face this morning :(. Two days early in fact. So here's hoping that April Showers will still bring a spring bump for me!

Temp spike today. I'm going to wait until tomorrow to see what my temps are like, and if they are high, I'll finally have a POAS date

Still no AF. My temperature went up quite a bit this morning (.5 degree) after being consistent for the past week. We'll see how it looks over the weekend (whether it stays up or not). Bizarre.

@runnerd: @Mrs. J: I'm not feeling too hopeful!!! I might be 9/10 DPO since i stopped temping around O time because I was on vacation... So I might even test later than 3/19 (that is, if AF hasn't showed already, she has shown early in the last two cycles) This is the longest i've held on so far - but I'm just not up for the disappointment that a BFN brings! I think I'd rather AF show than see a BFN at this point.

in other news (i posted this i the infertility support thread, but thought i should post over here also), i was MY best advocate...and i spoke with my OB yesterday and after some back and forth she told me she would speak with the in-house infertility specialist at my Kaiser...i just got a call from Kaiser to schedule an over the phone appointment with her first thing Monday morning...ahhh...i dont want to get my hopes up, but at least it is one step closer...

should i make sure to ask anything special??

@LindsayInNYC: trust me i know the feeling! I was on BC for almost 10 years and I am not the norm, but I think my body is STILL adjusting to not being on it even though I went off BC in May. My only regret through the TTC journey is not having gone off BC sooner.
