@bhbee: thank you! I'm cautiously optimistic, but want to be very excited. All I can think about is how my Dad is gonna lose it--he's been wanting to be a grandpa for SO LONG. I think we would have to come up with something special to announce to him.

@petitenoisette: Thank you! The test is in my bag at work and I keep opening it to check if it's true.

I haven't been very active here so far this month, and I'm not even sure if I'll POAS this month or if it will be in June, but I think I'm getting close to ovulation! This was my OPK today, so I'm hoping it will be positive tomorrow. This is our 2nd month TTC #3!

@mrslibrarian: yay ! So happy for you!
@jodyblair: looks like it's close! Hopefully tomorrow it will be positive.

@jodyblair: So close! Are you following the same BD schedule this month to try for a girl?
kiwi / 611 posts
@mrskansas: That's the plan, if I can be patient enough I'm not sure if this opk is accurate though...I don't have any EWCM and my cervix is still pretty low. I usually have several days of EWCM before ovulation and some pretty painful ovulation cramps. We'll see though. Pcos is awesome

@jodyblair: Ah I didn't realize you had PCOS. I would definitely trust the physical signs more than the OPK in that case. Hopefully it happens soon! Waiting to ovulate is the worst.

@mrskansas: Yup. I am lucky enough to ovulate on my own, but my cycle length can vary a lot. After my last pregnancy though, my cycles have been more regular than they ever have before and range from 28-32 days. It's crazy how your body can change after babies!

@jodyblair: No kidding! Mine was totally different after having my daughter.
I'm feeling really anxious about ovulating. I had 2 mature follicles at my ultrasound this morning and I'm really hoping my OPK is positive tonight. Last month I wasn't ovulating on my own and had to trigger when my follicle may have already been too big.
The TWW is much easier on me.
nectarine / 2813 posts
@jodyblair: Nope. I didn't even order the trigger shot. So that's why I'm really, really hoping it happens soon otherwise this cycle will probably be a bust.

@Mrs. Oreo: !! Congrats..
Y'all I had my cd 16 ultrasound today. I took clomid days 5-9. The ultrasound technician said ohhh you've got TWO dominant follicles!! Wow! I only had one 15mm follicle when i took it cd 3-7. This time I have one 18mm and one 14mm. I should ovulate soon. The nurse practitioner came in the room to counsel me I have a high likelihood of twins if I get pregnant. And, she said I have the most beautiful endometrium she's ever seen. Man, I don't want to get my hopes up. But, then I do!

OPK wasn't positive today but I'm starting to get EWCM, so hopefully tomorrow. With 18mm and 20mm follicles I really think it should happen soon!!

@CatchAFallingStar: thanks! Since September 2016, but this is only my 5th cycle! Was diagnosed with PCOS recently

@dc yoga bee: Fingers super crossed for you! How do you feel about the possibility of twins?
grapefruit / 4770 posts
@Coral: We would be fine! They counseled us about it before prescribing the meds. I'm just surprised my eggs are actually doing something! I know one can stop growing too. I just need to get pregnant first lol
