@Mrs. Oreo: thinking of you. Fx for a great number today. I know this must be stressful.
@periwinklebee: thinking of you too. I hope tomorrow's scan brings nothing but good news!
@petitenoisette: sorry about AF

@mrskansas: @periwinklebee: thanks, ladies for your input on the RE. It helps. I think I will call for the referral when AF shows up. Just so I know I have done something. This RE is connected to my OB's office, but she wasn't sure how long it would take to get in to see him. I feel like we have given it a good shot on our own. It's been 10 cycles now.

@jhd: Thank you Good luck with getting the appointment set up. TTC is so out of our control, I hope it will be helpful to take some concrete steps

@Mrs. Oreo: Waiting for your beta is giving me anxiety.
If I ever get pregnant again I don't know how I will handle it.

@mrskansas: They just called. It's 7.
The nurse on the phone was really baffled and was trying to talk me through it. She is predicting AF will be arriving shortly. If not here by Thursday AM, I'll repeat the betas.
Not the call I wanted.

@Mrs. Oreo: oh my! That was so not what I was expecting you to update. I'm so so sorry.

@jhd: @mrskansas: what a bummer. DH has no idea what betas are and so trying to explain it was even worse. He thought there would be a chance it goes back up. If only it worked that way.

@Mrs. Oreo: I'm really sorry
With my CP last month, I think I started bleeding with an hcg of 6. First couple of days were heavy but it ended up being shorter than a normal AF even though it was a week late, and not too uncomfortable. The emotional part was much harder. I'll be thinking of you.

@Mrs. Oreo: I'm so dreadfully sorry. Those calls are terrible- and living with it afterwards is worse. Pm me anytime.

@Mrs. Oreo: I'm so sorry about your phone call. My husband thought the same thing when I was explaining what I was going in for. You are in my thoughts
Now I am anxious to get my call

@periwinklebee: @bhbee: @knittylady: @theotherstark: @mrslibrarian: Thank you, ladies. I don't know what I would do without this group. SERIOUSLY.
I'm just dreading the next couple days. No spotting or anything going on anymore.
@mrslibrarian: Sending you so much sticky and good vibes!

@Mrs. Oreo: oh no....I was totally not expecting this for you. I'm so incredibly sorry

@Coral: @bushelandapeck: thank you. I appreciate it.
I started bleeding today for sure. At least I didn't need Prometrium to induce AF this time around and I can try Femara again. We now know it works. It's just a matter of hoping it sticks. On to the June POAS board!

Looks like I'll be testing early this cycle. Wondfo had nothing more than a shadow at 7 days past trigger/6 DPO. I'll test again tomorrow to confirm a negative and then start testing at 9 dpo. Let the insanity begin.

@Mrs. Oreo: I'm sorry :heart I'm really hopeful for you, though

@periwinklebee: thanks! At least we know I can get pregnant. DH was very supportive and said he was excited, but didn't want to show it. I think it gutted him too, but he had a poker face on.
He did say I get a do-over on a more creative announcement to him than just waking him up and shoving a pee stick in his face

Measured 6 weeks exactly, hb of 105, which is normal for 6 weeks. And only one, hah hah The people at the place they sent me were also much more friendly than the place I went this winter, which was nice.

@periwinklebee: I'm so happy for you, that's amazing!
Do you have any pictures??

@Mrs. Oreo: I didn't really like it much when people told me well at least...but I think it is a good sign you can get pregnant with femara because it most likely means it is a matter of waiting for a good egg, which should come soon.
My husband doesn't want anything I peed on anywhere near him. He literally like shrunk away when I tried to show him a test, hah hah. I guess you might get to use that onesie announcement after all
pear / 1677 posts
@periwinklebee: Agreed! I should definitely use the onesie next time!
I'm glad the place you went to this time is much better than last time. As soon as you have pics, show us!

@mrskansas: @bushelandapeck: @Coral: @snarkybiochemist: @Mrs. Oreo: Thank you guys! So often scans at 6 weeks can be ambiguous, I was not expecting at all for things to look on track.
@mrskansas: @Mrs. Oreo: They did give a pic, which was another thing I liked about them, as the place I went to last time (same hospital, but different office) wouldn't print pics, and I still wish I had one. At six weeks it just looks like a blurry grain of rice, though

@mrskansas: Thanks Not sure yet when the next scan will be - today we just had the US without any follow-up appt, hopefully the nurse will call to set up the next appt soon.
