@Mrs. High Heels: Yes, i did mean that, but after talking to them on the phone just now it looks like the pullup won't work for my body shape. Boo!

@MaisyMay: she has a blue striped Carter's sleeper. As long as it doesn't say "mama's boy" or "ladies man" or something like that on it, I'd probably go with boy or girl ones.

@Mrs. High Heels: Ugh, I totally want the welly socks but would need a large. Darn big feet.
If anyone uses prefold diapers, I have 3 Econobum covers I will send you for free. They were a gift and are sitting here in a box, never worn.

@tororojo: I'll take 'em, let me know what I owe you for shipping!!!

@mediagirl: I'll try to look through her next 2 boxes of stuff and see what's available. Since we both have girls, this should make things easier. Most of what we've been given is "Daddy's Princess" and "Adorable," stuff like that.
hostess / wonderful persimmon / 25556 posts
@MaisyMay: I will say anything with "Daddy's Princess" will make me want to barf but I'll look at them! Send me a wall post when you know what you have and I'll let you know if I'm interested.

@NaturallyCathy: Are you still looking for boy-ish baby legs? I have a few pairs that we never used with Owen. Let me know if you want to see pictures!

@Mrs. Chalk: Yes ma'am, I am. I would love to see photos!

@78h2o: Sounds good I have to wait for hubs paycheck on Friday anyways before I can grab anything from anyone. I just love the idea of my little red head in something sweet like lambs.

@lawbee11: I'd just call them! Different versions will fit different bodies.. and it also depends on how much weight you've gained, your hip measurements, etc. Wait until you're closer, though. For me she said since i have an 'hourglass' shape (sounds funny since i feel like a box, but that's based on my pre-baby measurements), something pulling up won't go over my hips AND suck in my waist, so i need one with the hooks.
GOLD / cantaloupe / 6703 posts
@mediagirl: I checked, and all of the sleepers are 9-12 months. I think that's smaller than you want.
GOLD / apricot / 315 posts
@NaturallyCathy: Here you go! Let me know if you're interested in any of them, or want more detailed photos. They're all in like-new condition. I bought them a little over two years ago, and I think he wore the blue striped pair once, and the rest have never been worn. They were washed in All Free and Clear and have been sitting in a dresser drawer since then.

@Mrs. Chalk: This may seem like a silly question and I'm sorry if it is, I'm new to the Baby Legs phenomenon - are they newborn sized or regular sized? I can't tell. And I really like the top two!
GOLD / apricot / 315 posts
@NaturallyCathy: Not a silly question at all! I am about 99% sure that these are regular-sized. I bought them when he was already a few months old (and he was a big baby), so can't imagine I would have bought newborn. I just measured, and they are each around 11 1/2" long.
GOLD / grapefruit / 4555 posts
@Mrs. Chalk: Then those would be perfect, because Em is two months old and just now outgrowing the newborn leggings. Are those bottom left ones red white and blue?
GOLD / apricot / 315 posts
They are actually red, white, and green. Here's a closer up picture of that pair.
hostess / wonderful persimmon / 25556 posts
@MaisyMay: Yeah, I'm looking for 12-18 month. Thank you, though! I may end up cutting off the feet of some of the 9 month ones and putting socks on her. Ghetto-fabulous!
GOLD / grapefruit / 4555 posts
@Mrs. Chalk: Okay, thanks How much for the top two?
GOLD / apricot / 315 posts
@NaturallyCathy: How about $10 for the pair? (that includes shipping)
GOLD / grapefruit / 4555 posts
@Mrs. Chalk: Would you be willing to wait until tomorrow to get paid? Tomorrow's payday.
GOLD / apricot / 315 posts
@NaturallyCathy: Sure, no problem. I don't think I'll be able to get them mailed out until Monday anyway, so there's no rush. Can you gold-post your paypal email and address on my wall?

@mediagirl: Use a little no-sew tape and an iron and you'd be set!

@Mrs. Chalk: Do you think these would be way too big for a newborn? I'm due in November and thinking these would be super cute for a boy or girl at Christmas!

@78h2o: any idea how much shipping to Iowa might be for the moby? I'm interested!
GOLD / apricot / 315 posts
@Cara M. 17: I actually was thinking the same thing! They're super cute for Christmas. They would definitely be on the larger side for a newborn though. I just tried them on Eloise (who is almost four months old), and I could still cover her feet with the ends of them if I wanted to. I think it mainly depends on how much "scrunching" you're comfortable with. If you don't mind them being a little scrunchy on his/her legs, you'd probably be fine. But if you want a snugger/smoother fit, probably the newborn size would be better?
I should also put a huge disclaimer on all of this and say that I've never used them on either of my newborns, so please take everything I'm saying with a grain of salt!
