@septca: @eabae: Really I want to test but I don't want to see another negative test!

I was totally cramping last night. I read on the Internets that dpo6 is way too early for cramping so go figure it was probably nothing or something else. I still wrote in FF though.

@Marfi: *hugs* Wow major limbo! Yeah I totally understand not wanting to see a BFN.

@Torchwood: Thanks for that info, that's really helpful actually. I'll pin my hopes on ovulation coming a week late. So that would be sometime between Saturday and Monday.
Also I just caved and ordered some more OPKs, so I can start them again on Saturday and won't be quite so in the dark. I was holding out hoping I wouldn't need them after this cycle.

@septca: as in freaks me out a little bit! haha BUT right there with you on the mess and intrigued enough to give it a try. I had honestly never even heard of them until I saw one of your posts a couple months ago. How long do you leave it up in there?
@Marfi: I can definitely understand that! I have always been like @septca: with the "test early and often" mindset and was fine with negatives until cycle 6 -- then it started messing with me to see the stark white pee stick. FX and hugs to you either way.

@eabae: Depends. 2-3 hours if it's the middle of the day... overnight if it's bedtime. They are "safe" for 12 hours, so no worries about overnight. For me, it's just a really easy thing to do that I think (?) helps. Who knows.
@eabae: and @Marfi: I don't mind BFNs at all, so you have to know that when I push you to POAS. For me, a BFN is loads better than convincing myself I am KU (which I do every darn month) and then getting AF. I am not testing early this month and am already getting itchy about it (and I'm only 2 DPO).

@Raindrop: Hmmmmm. This last BFP, cramping was my first sign. Started at 6 DPO. But it was a weird pregnancy-like, ute-stretching cramping, not like AF cramps.

@PawPrints: I liked having "unneeded" opk's around because I could pee on them when I wanted to see a line, but didn't have any hpt's left. Fingers crossed that's what you'll wind up using them for!
grapefruit / 4731 posts
@septca: Interesting thanks for the info! This cramping was weird... I never really experience it before but it only lasted for about 4 hours (right before I left work till right before I went to sleep). It was kind of painful. It's okay I really don't know just thought I would mention it.
Since I feel nothing else!
clementine / 794 posts
@septca: No I totally understand that and TBH I don't mind them either. I just have already used like 10-15 tests this month!

@Marfi: I hope you are out of limbo soon!
@Raindrop: I hope this is implantation cramps. 6DPO isn't too early, especially if ovulation was a bit off which it can be. FX
@PawPrints: I'm sorry honey. I hope you have a rainbow baby coming this month. I made the mistake of not ordering new OPKs for last cycle and it made me way more crazy than it was worth so now I'm back on the wondfos.
I hope a lot of BFps are a comin'! I have to admit that this cycle 6 stuff has turned me on my head. It really began with cycle 5 but I have been so depressed, cynical and sad which is just not at all me. I'm sure that this is a normal phase for those who are TTC for a long while but in just starting to feel the way @Keppa was: like I'll never see a positive pregnancy test again. I hope to god that I am wrong. I worry that something is going on in my body that won't be found or we won't be able to afford to find or fix. My husband has been very wonderful and supportive which helps. I am not sure how we would ever afford it or where I would find the time but I may need to see a therapist if I stay on this track. I'm really having a hard time lifting my spirits.

@septca: Re: "fat or pregnant." bahahahah!!
@intotheocean: Silly girl! You tested to early to be all feeling "out" already. Wait a few days and test again if you like. Feel free to be on whatever board makes you comfortable!
@Marfi: I always sit in the back at church!!
@septca: I oddly don't mind bfn's either. Because really, its AF that tells you you are out. Even then, I don't always believe AF. (see previous crazy comments I made yesterday for reference)

@MrsMcD: We sit with my mom and her "spot" is left hand side 4 rows from the front. Lol

@Marfi: Hahaha. That's funny. My mom always has "her spot" also.

CD14 and most likely O-1. Trying to hit the tridiuum of BD days.
I officially have the new job, and will be starting in August. It's a four day work week and a way more pleasant, less stressful, more family friendly environment. It will be a significant adjustment, but they expect that. So relieved. Now I just need to deal with the last month of my current job and the headaches of all that.
GOLD / pomegranate / 3938 posts
@AmeliaBedilia: Your reference to the tridium had me laughing so hard last night. Its one of those "you know you've been TTC too long when..." kind of moments. The laughs, however, are what get me through this.
I'm so happy you got the new job. You deserve this, lady! Congrats!

@MrsMcD: thank you and thank goodness for this board. I really get it now. There was no loss of love but the comings and goings on the under 5 board were really killing me all last cycle.
GOLD / pomegranate / 3938 posts
@MrsMccarthy: I'm glad you are feeling comfortable here. Its nice to be able to look forward and get excited about a possible BFP each month and even better to have the familiar support of a warm and welcoming not-so-big group.

Hanging out somewhere around 6DPO here (FF has changed my O date a couple of times, so I'm taking that with a grain of salt haha!)
No real symptoms here - and I'm usually the symptom spotting queen in the TWW, so that seems fairly odd for me. Temps are still up, but the second that they start to drop I'll consider myself out - as that's how all the other months have ended. The only weird thing I was feeling today was a pretty painful pulling/cramping in my back while bending over doing yardwork, but that could just be because I'm not used to doing it haha.
blogger / apricot / 427 posts
Also - to those who temp during the TWW - do any of you ever temp, get a temp you don't like, immediately temp again, get an entirely different temp, and take the higher one just because it makes you feel better? Not like I do, or anything...
honeydew / 7295 posts
@Keppa: oh my gosh! Yay! Isn't 6 days longer than your LP has been? I really hope this is it for you doll!
grapefruit / 4731 posts
@Keppa: haha I totally temp again if I don't like a temp.
@Marfi: *hugs*. So strange! I hope you get out if limbo soon.
Such a weird day! Today I went out to lunch with my group as a yay u did an awesome job here is some free food at a local chinese restaurant, a pretty well known place for the area. But few hours later I got food poisoning! I had to go home early. All I could think of is I hope this doesn't affect my tww! Ha. I googled I think I am okay. At home resting and drinking fluids now. So weird.
GOLD / pomegranate / 3938 posts
@Keppa: that's why I don't temp!!! I totally felt I was manipulating my own temps so I didn't trust it at all. But hey!! You are beltway through your TWW! Hang in there! And test early if you feel like it.
GOLD / pomegranate / 3938 posts
@Raindrop: are you sure it's food poisoning!?!? You know morning sickness doesn't always happen in the morning....
GOLD / pomegranate / 3938 posts
@Marfi: I hope you get something soon. Anything!
grapefruit / 4731 posts
@MrsMcD: haha you are so sweet!! It is way too early for that. Pretty sure it was just food poisoning because after a nap and some water I feel way better.

I think I'm going to POAS tomorrow. I'm crazy and stupid. I know it'll be , but I'm a glutton for punishment...

@Marfi: Booo
@AmeliaBedilia: Congrats!!!
@mrs. tictactoe: Good luck tomorrow!!!
grapefruit / 4731 posts
So @MrsMcD: got my mind cranking and maybe my food poisoning was a sign... then I hopped on dr google and it says if you are sensitive enough to have symptoms, a test should be positive. I don't know if that is true though.
So I took a test this morning! I know dpo 8 what to expect? Totally stark white. BOOOOO.
nectarine / 2527 posts
@Raindrop: that's not true you can have symptoms before you can get a positive and 8 dpo is really early so don't give up hope just yet
grapefruit / 4731 posts
@Honeygold89: Thanks for the info! I hope that's true. FX
@mrs. tictactoe: Thanks! Yup yup. I'll try again in two days. Good luck tomorrow! We are all rooting for you.
