Eventually you'll need extra membranes...they wear out. I'd also want at least another full set of parts (minus tubes), I had several sets so I wasn't washing all day long.

Id skip the sterilizing bags, personally. I had 4 sets of flanges/valves/membranes (one for each day I worked). I used gerber first essential bottles because they are cheap, it the pump and that what DD took for bottles.

I used the sterilizing bags at the beginning and then quit. I just hand washed usually. You'll need a smaller brush too to get in smaller spaces.

I had a couple of extra sets of all the pumping stuff and rotated through them, that way I didn't have to wash everything each day. A couple things I wish I'd known:
-When you are at the hospital (if you're delivering in a hospital), ask the nurses to bring in the pump and send in the lactation consultant. They will show you how to use it and give you tips, and also you'll get an extra set of parts. Don't need to bring your pump to the hospital. (I brought mine, oops.)
-You can refrigerate the parts between uses, sources vary on how long but I usually did 24 hours or so - for example, I would use a new set in the morning, put it in the fridge, and pull the same set out every time I pumped until the next morning.

I also agree with having an extra set of membranes around.

Extra bottles, Nuk storage bags (Lansinoh leak), membranes, valves. No need to sterilize IMO.

@macintosh: Any will do for both, I just have found it helpful to have them on hand.
