Did you clean the tubing before first use? The directions only mention cleaning the tubing if milk or condensation appears, but I wasn't sure about for first use...

I didn't. I don't think I ever did. The milk won't really touch it (it shouldn't at least), though I did noticed condensation would happen there sometimes.

I didn't either. The LC hooked it up for me and said milk doesn't touch the tubing.
