We're finally off of formula and feeding regular whole milk (hooray!) but I'm not sure if I should stick with our 4 bottle/day schedule. When do you offer your LO milk, and in what amount?

Our ped said to offer it with meals, and depending on how she drinks it, maybe snacks as well.

C gets 2 8oz cups/bottles a day, plus dairy like cheese and yogurt. Her ped said he wanted her drinking 16-20oz per day.

We're still transitioning but when we're done I plan to offer only at meals & snack times./

We weaned from the bottle when we went to milk with our older girls. We gave milk in a sippy with meals and snacks.
