I started as soon as LO was born until my milk came in.. Now, I only drink it when I need a boost. Btw, it's sold on Amazon for crazy cheap!

I drank it as often as I could remember! Especially at work since I was pumping. I didn't see a huge difference but I'm sure it still helped (liquids on general help). If you want more of a boost try more milk plus tincture!

No, but it's grosssssssss. I mixed it half with lemonade and drank it twice a day like the dr suggested and i ended up plugging my nose and chugging. Did nothing for me. I hated it.

@blackbird: the box says to drink at least 3 cups a day.
When I drink the tea and eat brewers yeast I see about a 4-5 oz. increase. Neither tastes good, but it's worth it for me..
I eat the brewers yeast with almond butter and put honey in the tea to make it taste better.

I started drinking the earth mama Angel baby tea while waiting for my milk to come in. We are EBF so I don't know if it is doing anything, but I don't mind the taste.

@T-Mom: What is milk plus tincture and where do you get it?@LaineysMom: Wow, 4-5 oz is awesome! Where do you get the brewer's yeast? I see several kinds on amazon but not sure which one is the best.
Just had my first cup tonight and I actually like the flavor!

If you search hellobee for "more milk plus" you will probably find some threads related to this product. It works for a lot of moms to increase supply but its just an herb blend in tincture form or pill form.

@maybebaby: I'm taking the pill form. I'm trying (desperately) to increase my supply after an early hit. I read somewhere that I should be pumping an ounce on each side per 15 minute session! If I'm lucky, I get 20 mL per...

@Espion: is that after you BF? Same here. If it replaces a BF session I get combined 2.5 in 15 but need more to keep up!@T-Mom: thanks!

@maybebaby: Yup, after breastfeeding. But I'm now limiting him to 10 minutes each side just for the stimulation. I'm finger/tube feeding him my pumped milk and formula because of his high bilirubin and my poor supply...

@maybebaby: I actually don't mind the taste either. I got the brewers yeast from the vitamin shoppe bc it was cheaper than amazon.. The 2 that I've tried have been the same. It tastes pretty yucky, but not too bad when mixed with almond butter. gL!
