I was reading on MSPI mama that a lot if MSPI babies don't react to soy lecithin or soy oil (veg oil). What were your experiences with those two specifically? Soy lecithin is on EVERYTHING!
also, I really can't cook 3 meals a day-- I've figured out cereal and almond milk for breakfast, but are there any other go to snacks I can buy that I can eat one handed with no prep?
