I graduated down to 4 pumps a day about a month ago (pumping exclusively - no nursing) . It was going fine! Supply stayed in tact no problems for weeks. Even had a surplus last week! But this week it has just not gone well! I've been under a lot of stress at work and whatnot, and my supply always seems to ebb and flow....but I'm ready for the 'flow ' part to be happening again!

I had planned to drop down to three pumps a day starting next week (when she turns 9 months old) but there's no way I can do that now that my milk is decreasing on 4x a day. Oh this journey!

I actually added a pump yesterday which helped....but that's not the direction I want to go in lol!
