What's everyone gifting their nanny for the holidays? I want to give her something. Thinking I'll just do cash, not sure if it should be a week's pay (less/more)? Or just a set amount like 100/200 regardless of weekly rate? (She's PT about 15 hours/week).

Our nanny works the same amount of hours and we give her a week's pay (in cash). We also give a sweet treat and something a little more personal. This year I'm giving a blanket scarf too.

Trying to figure out something personal to go along with, I'm thinking, $500 cash.... she works 40/hrs a week for us.

I've always done 1 week of extra pay plus a card/small gift from the girls.
