We don't take our lo to daycare but my sil works at one ands gets gift cards to restaurants and food and things made by the los. Sorry that's all I have

@irene: you are a very generous employer! I've never gotten a thanksgiving bonus, but I do get the day before, thanksgiving & the day after as paid holidays.

I was going to do something for Thanksgiving for her teachers (even made a thread about it) but time got away from me. I usually do something every month, bring food usually.
Christmas: I am doing Target gift cards and cookies/snacks for each teacher. Then something little for all 4 office workers.

I didn't give anything for Thanksgiving. But we will for Christmas. I'm going to make a Mason jar with s'mores with a $10 sbux gc.

@Smurfette: Yes I remembered that thread, and that made me sweat bullets !! haha. After reading your thread I wanted to do something (buy a small gift card or something for thanksgiving) but I had no time to do that. Yesterday (Monday after thanksgiving weekend) I went to pick up LO and the teachers weren't really talking to me (I may have imagined it). There I was like shoot maybe they got something from all other parents except us. hahaha. Good to know I am not alone.

I am going to do a tube of seasonal lotion from bath and body works and then a $50 gift card to Walmart.

I always give a little something to the kids teachers for each holiday -based on a post about a month ago I filled a mason jar with Kleenex, chapstick, vitamin C drops, hand sanitizer and gum and put on the label "Thanks for taking such good care of DS. Please take good care of YOU!"
They loved it!!!
For Christmas I usually do a small gift and then a GC

No Thanksgiving gift, but will be giving a year-end appreciation gift (Christmas related for the one who celebrates, non-Christmas related for our main caregiver, who is Jewish)
