R eats breakfast at day care. I do French toast or waffles or pancakes like once a week. Otherwise egg & turkey sausage, yogurt, mini bagel. Always with a banana. Any other ideas?

My LO loves watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, etc., maybe a fruit bowl one day?
You could an omelet in a baggie too, you put everything you want in your baggie (eggs, cheese, spinach, turkey sausage, etc.) and then boil in the baggie until the eggs are completely cooked. We used to do this in Girl Scouts on camping trips and it was wonderful!

Muffins and Nutrigrain bars are easy. And if you're looking for different fruit, Sadie loves Cuties.

@scg00387: Yes please!
@blackbird: egg muffins would be good. I scramble an egg for her now and then stick in the microwave there for 10 secs.
@photojane: I have sent Nutri Grain bars and she was so so on it. Maybe I need a different fruit flavor. And R doesn't like cuties

@smurfette, yep same idea! Make a bunch and freeze 'em! You could even put cubes of french bread in there for some carbs

I second mini quiches. I also do mini french toasts the same way - put egg, milk and torn up bread with some berries thrown in to a muffin tray and bake it until the custard is set.

Oatmeal fingers are our new go-to breakfast. I make a batch Sunday night and keep in the fridge for the week. LO loves them!
I tried the egg muffins, but after freezing they were gross. Going to try @Applesandbananas: omlet baggies. Can you freeze these and cook or reheat in the AM?

@MrsRoo: I'm not sure, we always made them same day but you could do a test batch and try freezing and reheating. I don't see why they wouldn't be freezeable

I make these often for Breakfast on the go. E and DH love them, just pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds to warm them up and go. I omitted the extra sweetner and just use frozen blueberries instead of mixed berries, so good.

Lil B loves bread with butter! (not toast- just regular bread with butter!) So I have been making my own bread for him- and serving it with fruit!
I also love Mrs.Blues- Egg roll ups! They are awesome!
