Wow is all I have to say! I ordered a breast pump 30 days before my due date through edgepark - I couldn't order earlier even though I knew I was delivering early. Fast forward to my due date and still no pump so I call them (my baby is already a week old and I've already had to get another pump because I was dealing with engorgement). They tell me the order was cancelled a few weeks earlier because the insurance info was transcribed incorrectly by the person who input the order. So instead of calling me to verify, they just cancelled the order!

So I place another order and they tell me they'll expedite it - but they have to contact my doctor again and go through insurance verification again. So 10 days later supposedly it ships. Now it's been another 10 days so I spend an hour on the phone trying to get the tracking info - well they got my address wrong too so UPS sent the package back to them and it is now lost in transit due to "weather conditions". And the address they shipped to was a nonexistent address - you'd think someone would have picked that up! I then got bounced around to 4 different people, none of whom could help me and then finally got someone who agreed (after I unloaded on her!) to initiate a new order - this is now order #3!

Meanwhile everyone keeps telling me I can access my info online and check the order status, but I can't log in...so I finally just found out they got my last name wrong in the system too! I seriously can't believe they could have gotten so much wrong! (I have a VERY easy last name).

Seriously, so frustrated! No real point to this post other than to vent, and caution anyone using edgepark for your insurance pump! And maybe take some bets on when I might receive my pump and whether it will actually even be a breast pump! I can't wait to open it and find some random medical equipment haha.
