DD has never shown any reaction when I've had dairy, but I have it rarely because I have a mild lactose intolerance. I mostly do almond milk and then sheep's or goat's milk cheeses for myself with some greek yogurt thrown in there.

DD has had a hunk of cow's and goat's milk cheese, but that's the only dairy she's had. i'm interested in introducing alternative's to cow's milk products, but other than sheep's or goat's milk cheeses, i'm at a loss. she's still BFing (9.5 months old) so i'm not worried about her getting it, but would like to have some more things she can eat!

anyone done alternatives before 1?
