Anything work for you to reduce MOTN wake ups while nursing?

My baby slept from about 10pm to 6am from 2-3m of age, but from 3-5m, she's been going to bed around 7:30-8pm and then waking up 2x before 7am. She definitely wants to nurse. She seems to be waking up sort of habitually, usually around 1am and 4am. I don't really know how much is true hunger and how much is habit. I assume she is sort of reverse cycling, since I went back to work at 3m, but her wake ups are the same over the weekend. Dream feeds at 10 or 11pm before I go to sleep don't seem to help... she still wakes up at 1am.

She is 85th% for weight and 90%+ for height. She isn't getting solids yet...

I am soooo tired! Any advice?! My older daughter woke up at least once a night until 1.5 years (and actually still wakes up some nights), but 1x is a lot easier to manage than two. Often I go to bed at 11, nurse from 1-1:30, then nurse again from 4-4:30, then I'm up at 5:45 for the day.
