My LO is 20 weeks and my supply has regulated, so I thought. I stopped getting painfully engorged probably 5 weeks ago, but here I am at 5:30 am with huge boulders for boobs! Owwww!!

It depends...Lo usually has one night waking, but sometimes he'll wake up twice for a few days, and then go almost all night. Then, I'll usually wake up ridiculously swollen!

Well, at 4.5 months, my LO has not STTN yet, so I look forward to finding out!

At first when I stopped waking him up at 3:30 am. But now it's not so bad as my body has regulated itself.

It took about a week for my boobs to stop being painfully engorged once LO started sleeping through the night (she did a sudden jump from 6-8 hrs to 12 hrs and stayed there), but then they were very full in the mornings for probably another month after that, but not painfully so. Now the side I'm due to feed on is relatively full in the morning but not excessively so.

It happened to me at first but then I guess my supply leveled itself out. I'm a little sad about it because I was able to pump about 8 oz in the morning when I woke up at 6am. Now I only pump about 4-5 oz.

@MsLipGloss: I'm right there with you! He loves his night feedings, so I haven't had super engorgement in awhile. I'd love it if he slept from 9-7am or just something like that. We're exhausted!
