I am still amazed at my water consumption. I've learned i can't go out without 2 bottles in my purse. I keep 2 - 3 by my bed at night (though i drink less at night since LO started sleeping through the night), and during the day, i have a stash of water bottles by the sink that i am constantly refilling. I can't even count how many i go through in a day, probably around 8? 10?! the equivalent of about 16 -20 glasses of water per day! i've never drank so much water in my life! and i don't pee any more than i did before, lol.

I usually go through two 32oz Nalgene bottles a day, sometimes more.

I have a 20 ounce cup that I refill .. 5-8x a day depending on how thirsty and busy I am!
I produce less when I'm not hydrated! -
I drink about 64-80 oz a day. I have a 22 oz bottle that I try and drink 3-4 of those a day.

ah so i am not the only one. speaking in oz (i am used to my 500 ml water bottles, but maybe that's because i am Canadian?!). I guess one bottle is 16 oz, so that would mean i have about 8 * 16 oz/day.

Not sure but I always have 2-3 water bottles beside me and I am constantly refilling and drinking them.

I have a water log app. I log my water as I go to keep track. My goal each day is 104oz. I usually beat that!

I'm not sure, but it is something I have to consciously work at....for some reason, I can be pretty dehydrated and not feel thirsty, so that has gotten me into trouble with the breastfeeding.

I have a 25 oz. water bottle that I refill 5-7 times a day depending on how late I stay up. I always wake up in the middle of the night feeling like I need to pee like a racehorse and that my throat is made of sandpaper.

@mrsjazz: oh ya, i also wake up in the middle of night to pee for what feels like an hour! and then i just drink it back and go back to bed, lol.
