Do you wear a nursing top to bed or something looser? My boobs have been sore today and I'm scared I'm getting another clogged duct, so I am wearing just a loose tank now. I was wearing nursing tanks and bras but I think they may be too tight?

When I had an over production of milk, I had to wear a nursing bra or cami to bed so that I could wear nursing pads so my milk wouldn't stain the sheets. Now that my supply has regulated, I can just wear normal loose t shirts to bed (usually my DH's ) because my boobs no longer leak..

I used to wear my Medela sleep bra to sleep when I leaked so I can slip nursing pads in them so I don't soak the sheets. Now that I don't leak anymore overnight, I just wear my normal pjs to sleep.

Nursing tank or sleep bra so I can put in nursing pads. LO started sleeping 8-10 hours per night a few weeks ago, and we've had to bring the nursing pads back. Hopefully that will end soon... too itchy!

I sleep in nursing tank because I still leak milk. I feel I have too many layers when I wear sleep bra and shirt.

I wear a similar sleep bra as @BabyBoecksMom: and some sort of pj pant or yoga pant. Too hot to wear a shirt too, and I always let down on both sides and often leak so I need to tuck in a receiving blanket to nursing pad of some sort.

I've always slept in a nursing bra with wires. I know. It's no bueno.

I just wore a regular tank top or nursing pajama top. If I leaked, I would just change my shirt. I despise sleeping in bras of any kind.

I used to wear a regular tank but I was always waking up in puddle of milk. Now I wear this lamaze sleep bra and I love, I even wear it to work too.

I bought two of these from Motherhood Maternity to wear to sleep with a stretchy but not tight tank top. I had a cotton one with my first son and it was so uncomfortable at night. Then I bought this for my second and it's super comfortable and not tight even when I'm engorged. I think it being seamless helps a lot.

I wore nursing bras the first couple months, now I alternate. Sometimes I just wear tshirts or tanks/camis now, last night it was a loose cotton tank with a nursing sleep bra.

A nursing bra or tank when I was leaking. Now I just wear a t-shirt (usually my huband's). I hate wearing a bra to sleep.

I was wearing a normal sports bra, but it was too hard to nurse. Just bought a nursing cami at Target today, so I'll be testing that out tonight.
