The blog post reminded me to offer LO a smoothie soon! I usually make them after he's in bed but I need to start during the day. I normally make ours with orange juice, spinach, and frozen fruit - but even if it doesn't have added sugar... is that too sugary for a tot?? (He is almost 8 months)

Other thoughts would be unsweetened almond milk, water, or yogurt. He already eats a decent amount of yogurt...

Thoughts? What do others do??
