@babycanuck: Amazing! So happy to hear this! DH and I were talking about IVF the other night. I'm hoping to conceive naturally, but it's good to know we won't have to remortgage the house if we can't.

@WinterBee: seriously! I have work friends in Quebec and I'm so jealous of the system there. No waiting period to see a fertility specialist, treatments covered...the Bloc has their political ways but Quebec got it right with their healthcare.

@babycanuck: I am thrilled that this campaign promise is being realized. I am nursing my DD who was conceived last year with IVF. If we ever need to do another fresh cycle we will be able to make use of this program

I'm so thrilled about this (although a word of advice - don't read the comments on any of the articles. It's all "why should I have to pay for your baby?" and "clearly you weren't meant to have kids" and "you should just adopt").

@erinbaderin: I just rolled my eyes at the comments. The just adopt ones are the ones that really annoy me. The wait list here for an adoption is 3 years at BEST but often longer, especially for infants!
