My OBGYN prescribed oral progesterone for this natural cycle (before I go to IUI with an RE next cycle). However, they didn’t give specific instructions and now it’s too late to call until Monday. Ovulation day is today. When should I start taking it? It’s twice a day. Thank you!!

DW had oral progesterone after our IVF cycle last year and started it as soon as we did our embryo transfer...I’m not sure if that helps? She did vaginal progesterone with our IUI’s and our older sons IVF at similar times (the day of transfer and day of insemination)
