I'm sure this is an issue that parents of toddler & preschoolers deal with but any moms of older kids still doing this on constantly...
Don't play with them, pick them up.....
*rinse & repeat until everything manages to get put away*

Haha that was me tonight with DD! You're supposed to be putting those game cards away, so stop playing with those!! And those Legos... My poor feet every time I step on one..

@T-Mom: He's pretty good about the legos and walk space b/c DH told him a long time ago that if G left them out & DH stepped on them G would wake up with them on the floor around his bed so he'd step on them when he stepped down! G has been very careful to not leave them in the way of our feet since. lol
