This is regarding the recall back in November. I had submitted the form for the affected pouches I had purchased(a bunch of them!) and waited patiently for the vouchers for replacement product. Meanwhile a couple months passed my son really doesn't eat pureed food anymore but I figured it would be handy to have some around and I could give extra to a friend. I have yet to receive any vouchers and when I emailed Plum Organics today to inquire of the status of my replacement vouchers I got a canned response to send them all of the same information I had submitted back in November all over again! Then after I gave them the info while making note that I had already submitted the info they responded by telling me they would process my request this week and I would receive vouchers in 2-3 weeks.
Seriously? Ok so I guess this just me complaining about something kind of stupid. It is probably less than $50 that I had spent on their recalled products. I am curious if anyone else submitted a form or called and actually got any vouchers and what the vouchers are good towards anyway.
