i EBF LO (3 mo). how would i know if he has diarrhea since breastmilk poop always looks like that to me anyway???

You will know. I thought the same thing but diarrhea literally looks like just water. There is a difference!

You will definitely know. A diarrhea diaper has like no solid at all. It's liquid.

You will know!!! Diarrhea is VERY watery and will NOT look like the normal poops you are used to!

It will totally soak into the diaper- like, it's pretty much all water. You'll know!

Yup, you'll know once you see one. Also the color might change - we had a week of solid neon green diarrhea diapers at around 5m.

I've had this same question! Baby D will go a day or two without pooping (he's also 3 mos) and then have these big wet poops and I couldn't figure out if they were diarrhea! I figure they're not though, since they look just like regular poops, just more wet!
