DH is never ill, but past 3 days has been so full of cold in bed and of course could not think of anything worse than DTD. Humph, there goes another month down the drain

That's what happened with us this cycle too!! We DTD O-3, but we tried again O-1, but DH was too exhausted from his cold. I felt really bad for him, but frustrated about the poor timing again. Fx that next cycle is the one for both of us!!

This happened to me once, only I was the one that was sick. A,l I can say is that you don't need to kiss to DTD. You don't even need to be face-to-face. So no one has to get infected. The sick person just needs to buck up for a few minutes. Or, you try again next month. Good luck, lady. I hope you don't catch it!!

Bummer! That happened to us in December. We got in one attempt, but the timing wasn't great. It sucks when you're out for a month and there's nothing you can do about. My husband has a business trip coming up in a few months and my first reaction was "But I'm ovulating that week!". Haha! Sorry dear, hopefully next cycle is better

@MrsMcD: haha I think if he could even manage that much I wouldn't complain. I might even be happy! Lol. Never mind, he is getting lemsip for breakfast lunch and dinner, perhaps ill be able to just catch O tomorrow if he is better.
It really is frustrating when it's out if my hands, next month we are away to Rome on a 5 day mini break, so that might be good timing instead as I should be ovulating when we go away
