I return to work in a couple of weeks and was wondering how often I should pump at work in order to keep my supply adequate. Would I pump when I would normally feed her (between 2-3 hours) or could I go longer. I'm a nurse so leaving the floor often may be difficult.

It all depends on you and your supply. I saw a chart the other day that I'll try to link to that gave a glimpse into a few different types of schedules some people keep. In general, many of us go with around every 3 or so hours. Some people can do less and some people have to do more.

If I have a 5 hour shift I am generally gone for 6 hours total. So I try to pump once in the middle.
I think you will just have to find what works best for you. By law I think they have to let you though. -
You should plan to pump every 2-3 hours like when your baby eats. As your baby gets bigger those times will increase but if you increase them early, you wont have enough supply. I made that mistake. I know it is hard but it is totally worth it. If you are hourly, they are legally required to provide that time for you (they don't have to pay for it).
