That's a good sign!! I didn't have one, I just told my coworkers, if the door is closed, do not knock.

I had a handwritten sign, "Milking Parlor, please knock." I work with animal people, so it's all good.

One time I was heading into the room that I used to pump, my boss started talking to me and following me, we stop at the room and he keeps walking in with me, so I told him that unless he was ready for some big time awkwardness, we would have to stop there and continue our conversation later He has 5 kids, and thought it was hilarious.

Ours is a corner office with 4 MASSIVE ceiling to floor windows. They taped up butcher paper on the door so you can't see in. The sign says, "Do not enter if door is closed. Nursing room."

Nope. I pump in my office and the door is never closed for any other reason. In the 6 weeks, I've only had 1 encounter where a coworker tried to knock and walk in but that was all it took, now they steer clear

No sign, I have a door that locks and I have the only key except building services... and that woman that walked in on me a few weeks ago.

Not sure about this office, but my old job had a sign we taped up that said "Please Do Not Disturb"
