My daughter is 13 weeks old and next week I need to leave her to travel for work. I'll be flying out Sunday afternoon and flying back home late Thursday night. This is going to completely wipe out the milk stash I've built.

Would you pump and save the milk while on the trip? Not sure of the logistics on how to do that. The hotel doesn't have fridges in the room, but I would have access to a fridge and freezer in the office I'm visiting. Would the milk stay good nrefridgerated on the plane? Its a 3 hour flight, plus time spent waiting in the airport Or should I not bother because it will be too hard to bring all the milk back on the plane? If I don't bring back any milk I will have to take Friday off since I won't have enough milk to send my LO to daycare. Which I have the ability to do, I just feel bad because I JUST came back from maternity leave.

Also, I'm going to be extremely busy while I'm there and be working pretty long hours, usually I pump or nurse every 3 hours during the day. If I space this out to every four or five hours for the week will it hurt my supply?

Ugh, I am already teary eyed thinking about leaving my LO for so long and worrying about the pumping is stressing me out!
