We are just starting to interview nannies for when I go back to work, and I have a question about nanny interviews. Do you bring up compensation and all those issues in the initial interview? Such as what rate the nanny is looking for, etc.? I'm just wondering whether we should know what kind of "complete package" we'll be offering nannies (how many paid vacation days, etc.) before we start interviewing, or whether this is something we should discuss at a later date.
