I'm going to start working out again soon, and between running (long distance, will ease up to 3-5 runs/week), walking (already 2x a day), swimming (1-3x a week), ultimate frisbee (I'm usually the one who never stops running and am hard to keep up with, 2 games/week), fitness classes (kettle bell and bosu and medicine balls) and maybe getting on a horse again, my normal is pretty busy. I have a 10km race I registered for in May and will train to finish it in 44 mins or so.
Will working my way back to normal (above) probably (definitely?) end bf'ing for me?
Sounds awful, but I'm ok if it does, selfishly getting my body back at this point is more important to me over EBFing.
However, just wanting to see if anyone has gone back to a high level of busy/fitness and not dried up or gone sour? lol
Or did it last for X amt of time, and you split between BFing and formula?
