I liked my iSnow from Amazon; backlit, 60 day memory, alarm if you needed it... But I felt like it took a while to get a temp.
I switched to a Tempdrop mainly to maintain my sanity, and to get a little sleep back. It's pricey, but not having to wake up to temp is worth it, also I plan to chart to TTA if the time comes, so I'll use it forever.
