How often do you replace the white little rubbery piece attached to the plastic piece you pump through? I have a Medela electric pump and was curious when I should change those pieces?

Only when they tear or you lose suction. You'll know because it just won't work! It's good to have extras on hand. I wouldn't do it any sooner because everything from Medela is so expensive!

I don't ever change it! It has a right fit so, I figure it's okay.

I never had to replace these due to wear, only because I lost a few. So i bought a bunch and rotated and that helped.

Just replaced mine at 6 months... though I rarely pumped between 3 and 6 months.

I would only replace if something happened to them. Going almost 8 months strong and they are working great.

I just had to replace the connector part and the yellow part because some mold got in my yellow part!! ICK, I have NO idea how that happened because I wash them so well and dry them on boon grass for over a day before putting them away. So I just though I'd replace them all, but I'd say if nothing is wrong with it, your fine to keep them as long as your getting suction.
