I usually use disposable nursing pads, but am starting to feel so wasteful by going through so many. Do any of you use reusable/washable pads? Which ones do you recommend? I don't leak that much during the day, just when I'm nursing one side the other side leaks.

I have some that are playtex maybe? They're really bulky but they work sometimes depending on what I'm wearing. I figured wearing them sometimes was better than ALWAYS using disposables. I also got Lilypadz (?) which are OK so long as you don't leak too much.
If you apply pressure to the other side while you're nursing, just for a moment while you feel letdown, it should stop leakage.

I liked the thin avent ones with waterproof backing. At night, I did Johnson & johnson (not waterproof but thick) and an avent behind.

Did you see Mrs. Sunglasses' post on milkies? If you only leak when you're nursing maybe you could use these to save the milk that leaks from the other side?

I like them because they are cute, but I am a heavy leaker (even sometimes still at 3.5 months!) so I go through the whole set in one day. I am too cheap to buy more, so on the second day I just wear baby washcloths, folded up and tucked into my bra. -
I use organic cotton reusable ones that I got from BRU. They are 9.99 for 6 pads. I seriously love them!!!
