@prettylizy: Yeah I thought about the sili squeeze but I wonder will they be as easy to squeeze as the one I posted? I wish they had them in stores so I could feel how squeezy they are

@MrsTiz: For purees and smoothies on the go, in place of the store bought squeeze pouches like these

i think the squeeze with eeze is supposed to be comparable to the store pouches

Beaba makes one called the Babypote. Its super squeezy. The silicone is very soft

@scg00387: I wanna hug you! These are awesome!!!! This is exactly what I am looking for

@mrsbells haha I can't vouch for them since I've never seen them in person - so you'll have to report back how they are

infantino makes a new product called the squeeze station. So far, I have only found the disposable pouches that you can fill with your own purees. They are supposed to have a reusable one as well but I haven't seen it. Looks pretty cool.

I wanted to find a solution to this so badly, but I'd heard that the sillisqueeze was hard for a baby to use. I never saw these, and then we exited the pouch stage.
I loved making my own food, but nothing beats the ease of the little pouches. I'm for sure going to buy some of these next time.

@scg00387: yeah I will definitely report back once I get to try them. They are currently out of stock so I will wait patiently for them to be available
@brownie: Yeah there was a post about it recently, I really want that squeeze station too, the only thing is their reusable pouch is silicone which is a bit bulkier then I would like.
@MrsTiz: haha thanks, that the one@scg00387 posted too. I am really pumped to try it out!

@Mrsbells: which did you end up getting?
@HabesBabe: @Mrsbells: FYI expected availability on little green pouches is early Dec, possibly earlier.

Here is another reusable pouch on the market! Super cute, we have some and they are very high quality. http://squooshi.com/ Available from their website and also on Amazon.com

I've heard that the sillisqueeze isn't very easy to squeeze and really isn't good for an infant. Looks like there are a lot more choices than even 6 months ago when I was looking, though.

Keep up the suggestions! My toddler loves those pouches but at almost a $1 each its expensive!

@regberadaisy: I ended up getting the little green pouch and I love it!!
It is much easier to squeeze than a silicone pouch

@Mrsbells: I just bought these thanks to this thread and your recommendation :). Do you only put veggie/fruit purees in them? have you ever put yogurt in them?
squash / 13199 posts
@Sammyfab: Yes I do put yogurt mixed with fruit in there. i never had any trouble with it, except that I have to rinse it right away or soak it for a few minutes before washing because the yogurt gets crusty inside

I'm glad this thread was revived. These little green pouches look great. We've been doing a combo of pouches and home made food for LO since she started at the nanny share. The other baby eats from a pouch and LO wanted one, too.

@Mrsbells: great! Thanks!! I've been shelling out tons of money buying pouches and didn't want to spend so much on the silisqueeze (especially with the not-so-stellar reviews). I can't wait to try these!

I use these, and they've been working great so far!

@Mrsbells: ooh good to know! Not sure if in going to buy them since we're pretty done with purées.
squash / 13199 posts
@regberadaisy: well if you do smoothies in the future they might come in handy, I know older kids that still eat from pouches at my church.
@caffeinated: oh those look cool too!
@mrsjazz: Yeah they are definitely worth trying and only $14.99 for pack of 4

The Little Green Pouches work with the Boon squeeze pouch spoons, too!

Just got some from Walmart. They are reusable. We haven't tried them but I was excited to see them.

Woah! Blog love That's my post on Charlie with her LGP, and we totally still love them. I need to order a few more. I haven't tried other brands yet but I just like that the reusable thing is catching on. I use mine for buying bulk yogurt and applesauce and dispensing them via the pouches. We don't do too many purees anymore at 18 months, but now that I'm expecting #2 early October I'm excited to use them more often. Purees will be much cleaner with pouches!
