@Adira: @mrs. 64: I'm just going to tell them I may be pregnant and see what happens. I know they are going to draw blood today, so maybe I can get them to do another test while they're at it

@pui: Hope your appointment goes well. Maybe they can give you some insight too to the question of O day. Are you printing off your charts to bring with you?

@jhd: Thank you!!
@tarabonno: Maybe you're the new Cheri22 or Jenny Renny, LOL!
@Pui: Good luck today!!! Maybe if you tell her how far DPO you are, they'll do a blood pregnancy test?! Makes sense since they'll be taking blood anyways! Excited for a post-10am update!!

Ok, this may be crazy considering I haven't even O'd yet this cycle (waiting on it any day now) but I just have a really good feeling about this cycle. I don't know why. The past two cycles I kind of had feelings of dread the whole time but this cycle has kind of been a breath of fresh air. That may be because my DH seems more committed? I think he was bummed last month wasn't our month...because he has been so much better about BDing this time! I'm CD15 today (past two cycles I've O'd CD19 and CD16) and I'm hoping that month 3 is the lucky number for me!

This time last cycle my temps were low and AF appeared, so at the very least it's looking like my LP is going to be a nice length! Clomid is working for me (in the sense I am Oing). I do hope that the RE is able to shed light on WHY I don't O by myself.

@littlek: she showed. thanks for caring!
@Littlebit: I definitely understand the excitement if having the DH fully committed to BDing. My DH grew more committed on the third cycle and now today, with AF having arrived, he is even more committed. He seriously thought I could get pregnant any day of the week. And I believe he is now feeling slightly challenged in the sense that he wants to believe he has superman sperm. Cheers to both of us having good sticky cycles!
@pui: I have my fingers crossed for you. It sounds like things are going awesome for you this cycle!!

@Pui: hope your RE appointment goes well. Would be SO AWESOME if you got a BFP from your blood draw!
@FaithFertility: I missed your announcement! Congrats, lady! FX your betas come back super high!
@SweetiePie: Good luck, hope you can get right back on the baby-making wagon!
@Littlebit: Hold on to that hopeful feeling as long as you can! If I've learned anything about TTC it's that there is a lot of emotions and a lot of disappointment, so you gotta embrace the hopeful moments whenever you have them. They're yours to enjoy regardless of any future outcomes.
@MrsMcD: I'm sorry
@mrs. 64: checking in with my other POAS twin! How are you feeling today?

Thanks for all your support! Here is an update!
They did take blood but did not do a HCG test (it was for the AMH test). They did an ultrasound and the doctor said it looked like I had a lot of eggs! I also got a pap smear while there (convenient) and the nurse who did it said that my cervix was "tender" and "that may be because you are about to get your period"... I'm hoping a tender cervix can still result in pregnancy lol. Any insight?
The RE was very nice and gave me a lot of information. Basically we're going to do every test in the book (hormonal panel, HSG, uterine biopsy, others and some tests for DH too). The only thing that sucks is that I can't take Clomid next cycle to do all these tests which means I am most likely out until I get results back (which can take a month). :\
Let's hope I'm KU so I don't have to worry about that.

"...a pregnant cervix is more like an almost over-ripe plum. It becomes very tender and engorged with blood, especially early on in pregnancy."
Lol hopefully my "tender" cervix is also a good sign then!

@pui: Boooooo on no HCG test My hopes are still high for you - your chart is looking amazing!
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@pui: Bummer that you didn't get an answer! I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for you! Your chart looks so good and your BDing was AWESOME this month! I really really REALLY hope you're pregnant!!!
wonderful clementine / 24134 posts
@pui: Sorry they didn't do a test, but Saturday will be here before you know it! I know some women track their cervix as part of their chart. Maybe on some of the charting boards they can give insight?

Hi, Ladies! Excited to be here. This is my first cycle TTC after a missed miscarriage. I'm really scared, but hopeful.
Cycles Trying: 8
Current Cycle Day: cd27, 3dpo (first cycle after D&C, so I O'd "late")
Estimated Ovulation Date: 9/7/13
POAS Date: 9/21/13
BD Timing: -1, 0, +1
And bonus question: What’s your #1 song on your music player? mmm, probably Miley Cyrus "Wrecking Ball" which is totally embarrassing, but... it's the truth!
